Review of room 617. Rooms floor 6 and above are newer/refurbished. Lovely sea view but room is set up strangely. Large TV can't be viewed from sofa which is underneath. This was set up as a bed sette on our arrival. This wasn't requested so we had to dismantle on our arrival. There is a desk with fridge bang slap on the middle of the room. Juliette balcony only so can't sit out. Very comfortable bed with nice linen. Pillows were not of a high standard however. Bathroom was unnerving with the largest of clear windows, so with the light on, you are visible granted getting the harbour and the promenade but still!? There are no tea or coffee making facilities. This was really missed by us. Breakfast was wonderful. Such choice! The indoor pool is just a plunge pool really and when 3 other guests were using it we didn't feel like we could. It would have been overcrowded. Note, MAJOR roadworks going on right outside the hotel. These will continue for some time. Extremely noisy and disturbed us greatly. No mention of this prior to our arrival. Disappointing. Room 301 was in the older part of the hotel. Sea view with balcony. Good arrangement of furniture. Fridge, but again, no tea or coffee making facilities. My daughter complained of a strong smell of people smoking, but only from her bathroom. Didn't get to the bottom of it but it was very disconcerting. Loud neighbours spoilt her stay. But what can you do about that? Just rude people everywhere.

Beautiful setting, spotlessly clean, room was bright and comfortable. The breakfast was good every morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the roadworks going on outside the front. Not easy to have a lie in with the noise, but not the hotels fault and it won't be going on forever. I would gladly stay here again.

We spent a week at Hotel Mirador on December 2023 and were extremely happy with the accommodation. The location offers a fantastic sunny view of the harbour, the rooms are clean and more than adequate, the bed was comfortable. The bar was fairly quiet but enjoyable, the breakfast was fantastic. A vast choice of different food was available for breakfast. The hotel is a 10/15 minute stroll from the city centre but there are various bars and restaurants available nearly too. The breakfast terrace and roof terrace are really nice - but the infinity pool is very small indeed. We would certainly stay at this hotel again, we definitely recommend it. One negative. There are extensive roadworks outside the hotel but this honestly did not affect our enjoyment at all.

On the whole a very good hotel to stay when visiting Parma. Good location with lovely views overlooking the marina, about 15 mins walk along the promenade to the cathedral and old town. Helpful staff, early check in with room spacious and comfy bed and bedding, nice hot/powerful shower. Great breakfast with loads of choice, hot and cold. Disappointing spa, steam room out of order, jacuzzi tepid and sauna warm at most.

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff very friendly. Nice and clean. Will definitely be back. Our room was a side sea view, and as it was on the 7th floor we had a great view.

Neti and I would like to thank the staff of the Mirador Hotel for making our stay in Palma so enjoyable. Position of the hotel is fantastic. Views amazing. Staff very helpful, especially Vaneta, Jose and Mark. This hotel makes a great base for a visit to Palma and Majorca in general.

Stunning location overlooking marina with views over Palma Bay and Cathedral although some noise from temporary promenade works. A huge choice for breakfast. Lovely roof terrace with pool and amazing views. Bed was super comfortable and room was well equipped but would benefit from a small kettle. Will definitely return.

Our experience from start to finish was first class. We could not fault the staff at all. From the moment we checked in they were helpful and accommodating, we arrived early and we got to use the roof top pool while we waited for our room to be readied. The roof top pool is great, lovely little bar there and sun loungers. When we got our rooms, they were clean, spacious and the bed was massive and comfy. The only letdown is it lacked tea and coffee making facilities which would be been much welcomed. The breakfast is more than you can ask for. Nice selection of cheeses, meats, breads and hot selection and an omelette station. We checked out early and left our luggage at the hotel and made the most of our day, we came back and used the spa facilities to kill some time before we caught our flights. Pedro really looked after us and made sure our taxi was booked and we got to the airport on time. Him and his brother were helpful and professional not to mention the waitress with the curly blond hair who knows how to put a good sangria together and the chap who made our coffees every morning at breakfast! We will choose to stay there again should we visit in the near future!

Great location, having breakfast looking out at the harbour. Room was large and spacious, Beds comfortable. perfect stay for short break. the roof top pool was nice but no shade from the sun. The ground level reception area was fine only let down by the bar area and seating no one ever used it, seemed to need a makeover and more comfy seating, we never had a drink. I had already read there was on going roadworks in front of the hotel, and a lot of businesses were closed. The staff were lovely and I would stay here again.
