Amazing location in central Palma for our first stay in the city. Very easy to get to from the airport on the A1 bus (€5 cash p.p each way). Very clean and well appointed room. The Sky bar is the cherry on top, we ate there all but one night (we couldn’t resist the chuleta twice!). We have already booked a return trip for next year.
This was our second stay at Hotel Almudaina. We chose to stay here again having enjoyed it so much the first time. Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space, good sized towels and a great shower. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful too. The rooftop Sky Bar is perfect with lovely views over the city. Food and drinks are efficiently served by friendly staff. If we had one suggestion it would be that they serve more of a ‘snack menu’ - paninis etc., as well as starters/mains. What we did choose to eat was delicious though. We did not select to include breakfast at the hotel in our stay. There is an excellent cafe just next door which has a great selection of cakes and snacks. One of our party has already booked to return next year to celebrate a ‘special birthday’ with friends.…
I was there few months back as I had very good time and located in city centre and near all shoping Centre… Restaurant staff is very good and polite and all was good but in reception was one guy was not really polite We ask just to upgrade or give nice room with view but his answer was very rude.. Highly recommend
This hotel has the best location if you want to stay in Palma. It's in the middle of everything and some rooms have a beautiful view of the cathedral as well as part of the sea. Rooms are beautifully renovated, bright and spacious - really loved our triple room!!! Service is great, from even before you arrive. I had some questions months before arrival and all were responded to. We arrived early before check-in time but great luggage storage so we were able to go out and enjoy this beautiful city. The service from the very friendly and service minded was amazing at all times - thank you so much. Breakfast also very good with lots of choices at the buffet. I'd love to stay here again when visiting Palma.
A big thanks to the cleaning staff, they do a fantastic jobs. The whole hotel is very clean. The shower is great, immediately hot water. Breakfast is varied and the staff makes sure there is enough food. The rooms are a bit noisy (street traffic) and the airco is noisy but all in all a good deal. Great location as well.
Great 3 night stay in Palma. Hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the city so ideal to walk around. Hotel is very clean, excellent customer service and comfortable room although storage is limited. Sky Bar is excellent with great view’s although busy.
We had a drink at the Skybar which has fantastic views of the city and sea. The staff were welcoming and there was a nice friendly lively atmosphere. We had a glass wine which was good and reasonably priced.
We stayed in this hotel for 1 night prior to going on a cruise. The hotel is in an excellent central location close to bars, restaurants, shops, withing walking distance of the Cathedral, marina and beach. The hotel was very clean, the bedroom and bathroom were a generous size. The roof-top terrace offered an excellent view of the city and sea. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we were ever in Palma.
Booked hotel two nights as returning home, from check in through departure Daniel at reception excellent. Room well equipped, balcony overlooks the old town. Free coke and water in fridge, bathroom well equipped with toiletries, shower a bit dated but hot. Cleaners do a fantastic job. Breakfast on second floor limited but excellent quality. Television has no English channels but not critical. Sky bar is reasonably priced with excellent helpful staff. You can book for a meal but not drinks, residents should be allowed to book for late evening drinks. Great city centre hotel, we will return
Unfortunately I would not recommend the hotel. The single rooms don’t have windows and it was really noisy during the night (could hear anyone in the staircase or people using their bathrooms). I am aware that the single rooms are an economic option but I would still expect a minimum of comfort at a 4-star hotel.
