Please be informed that the city council of Palma has restricted some access streets for residents only, so we urge you to let us know, should you arrive by rental car in order to send you special arrival indications to the Hotel and to the parking. It is easy to find (albeit down a narrow alley). The hotel will valet park your car. After staying there, my suggestion would be to rent the car only on the days you need it. It is easy to get to many of the key sites walking from the hotel and taxis are very cheap.

This hotel is in the old town in narrow one way streets ... if you are a confident driver with a positive navigator I dare say you can find your way there ... to drop your bags. But there is no parking next to the hotel. There are underground car parks a relatively short distance away on the inner ring Road ... so you can park, pay, and then walk five minutes to the hotel. to my knowledge none of the rooms have a terrace, but you have a terrace on the roof with a little swimming pool which is nice and relaxing ..
