Friendly, helpful and engaging staff. I loved the champagne offer at registration. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Within walking distance to the marina, which was helpful for me. Close yo many restaurants by the main road and quick ride to shops and cathedral.

Stayed here while working at the Palma Boat Show. Nice welcome and the whole place is very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are well decorated and clean with a good size bathroom. Nesspresso machine is a nice touch. Located close to the waterfront and 15 mins from the Old Town. I did not eat here as there are so many other options in the town. My only negative was that the fitness suite was a bit basic and could be bigger and better equipped although is not in demand as had it to myself on both visits. Would definitely stay again.

AC Palma on Mallorca is located about 20 minute drive from the airport, PMI. Whilst being a 15 minute walk from the main shopping streets, the hotel is just minutes from the waterfront and the promenade. It is also moment away from museums and the cathedral. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant called the AC lounge, however should you want something else then there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. There is limited parking space available so you need to book unless you want to try your luck with on street parking. There is a small gym in the basement with some weights and an exercise bike and a treadmill. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of space and good WiFi. Overall a good option for exploring Palma.

Decided to come to Mallorca on a whim for my birthday trip in Spain. Checking on my birthday and the front desk receptionist Cristina is a sweetheart! Made me feel very welcome and special with a birthday gift was sent to my room. The hotel is modern, centrally located with lot of walk in restaurants. The room is clean, decent size and comfortable. Had a very pleasant experience staying here. I wish I could stay a bit longer. Definitely stay here again if I come back to the island and highly recommend to stay at this hotel

Stayed for two nights. Found blood stains on sheet covers of both beds. No consideration was given with respect to room price or points added to loyalty account. Be aware! Not staying hear agaib due to low level of cleanliness and sanitization.

The rooms are not particularly spacious, but pleasant, the bathrooms was small but had everything you could need. The breakfast during Covid-times was pretty limited. The hotel is a solid 3 stars in a decent location, the price seemed to be a bit expensive for what they offer.

Great location for bars and restaurants, 15 min walk to cathedral area (or 7euro taxi) Excellent checkin experience for Marriott member- Marta made me feel very welcome and started the stay on a positive note Decent sized room with nice bathroom and comfortable bed- also had a small balcony so you could stand outside with fresh air and watch everything go by Some parking available- I arranged through the app before travelling and ideally located

Staff were super friendly. The size of our room was decent until the sofa bed was unfolded. The room was clean but the bathroom could do with a good scrub. The sealant around the shower was a bit mouldy and there was an occassional smell of sewage presumably caused by blocked plumbing. The location of the hotel is perfect for food lovers, hence we never ate in the hotel. There are many good restaurants plus Mercat Santa Catalina just within 5 min walk.

We chose to stay here again as we wanted underground parking for the last night of our holiday before returning the car to the airport. We had stayed before & liked the location with plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. Once again we are given a slight upgrade to a front facing room with small balcony which was great for people watching. The room isn’t huge but the air con is great. It’s modern & has a decent bathroom with a good shower. The receptionist on duty was very helpful in printing off our Covid certification & was friendly & helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t eat breakfast this time. Parking was expensive at €22 per night & the room wasn’t cheap either but that’s pricing for you at the moment if you want to visit Palma. Happy to pay as we were delighted to be travelling.…
