Second stay at Puro - first was our honeymoon then my husbands 50th - stayed 3 nights - Esther and Tina on reception were every helpful and pointed us In The right direction to hire electric scooters which was a brilliant way to see beautiful Palma - on husbands 50th had the most gorgeous meal at Beatnik - and had so much fun in the jazz lounge nearby and made good friends - also the the roof terrace was bliss - and the bed !! The pillows ! Heavenly and gorgeous window to the quality street - thanks Puro we shall be back with any luck 🍀 warm regards Nicola and Simon
Staff friendly and really attentive. Are in restaurant a couple of times and food excellent. Chilled and relaxed feel to the whole place - can’t fault it at all and a great base from which to explore Palma
We booked a superior room for 6 nights at the Puro Hotel and got an upgrade to a Deluxe room when checking in. Huge, stylish and quiet room with comfortable mattrasses. The only small thing we were missing was the possibility to make some tea or coffee in the room. The breakfast was fantastic, daily changing tapas style appetizers prepared with a lot of creativeness. Enjoyed the roof deck with good views accross the city. We will come back for sure.
What a lovely hotel with such helpful staff. My friend and I looked at 4 rooms before deciding which one! Breakfast was different to the usual continental with plenty of choice of different tapas. Lots of different seating areas throughout the hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor with access to a lovely roof top area. The room was lovely and quiet even with the windows wide open. Great shower and the room was serviced everyday. The hotel is in a great location. Just a couple of negatives, the rooms are quite small but that was made worse with twin beds. The mattresses were comfortable but were quite well used and sloping to the edge! Overall great stay and would stay again if I visit Palma again. P.s don’t use the extremely overpriced hairdressers opposite!
we spent 6 days in this lovely hotel in Palma to celebrate my wife's birthday. Considering that we enjoy high standards, it was a flawless experience throughout. Lovely room, fantastic bed ( we never slept better), nice breakfast with daily changing specialties, friendly and helpful staff everywhere and don't miss the Beatnik bar (Hi Michael, you are the best!). We ordered the hotel transfer round trip to the airport (recommendable!, great start in our vacation and relaxing return) All-in-all highly recommendable place to enjoy Palma, location is just perfect. We booked the Mediterraneo category. Beautiful room!
We absolutely loved the Purohotel! The room was perfect and they were so caring for our little dog. Additionally, the restaurant and staff made our trip extremely special. Special thanks to Adam and Sergie for going the extra mile to make our trip to Palma super memorable.
Puro was a very nice experience. I felt to enter a calm oasis with friendly people and very stylish in a simple and elegant way. It becomes clear very quickly that it is not a hotel chain with a faceless interior and standardized service but really a uniquely desigend place.
The perfect location amongst the bars and restaurants. The hotel looks a big dated now, especially in the breakfast area with cheap art for sale. Breakfast average, great coffee and orange juice. Bed was almost too big as it’s made from two so has a gap in the middle. Just get superking size beds. Probably wouldn’t go back as better hotels for price.
Excellently service and beautiful hotel in the central of Palma. The hotel has a wellness area to relax and a fantastic restaurant and bar to enjoying the great time in Palma. 10/10 we will come back.
We enjoyed a 2-night stay at Puro Hotel Palma in early December. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We were able to check in early as we arrived at 10:15am and get late checkout. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location with short walks to many cafes, restaurants, the shopping district on Passeig Des Born, the amazing Palma Cathedral and palace. Enjoyed a dinner at the hotel's restaurant Beatnik with reservations made by the front desk and a 30% discount. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and small little touches that made the stay that more enjoyable such as the wood "do not disturb" sign, glass water bottles, bracelets made by nomadic tribes, a double sink, slippers and robes (our robes were uncomfortable, though). Views were great from the 5th floor where our room was located. Our window faced the inside terrace and we had no problem with noise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.…
