Once again an amazing stay. All staff continue to provide excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble for guests. Location, environment and hotel perfect. Very clean, good choice of menu for breakfast which is beautifully cooked, large spacious rooms. This hotel cannot be faulted and goes above and beyond for its guests.

Hotel's Favourite
We have been to another of the IT groups hotels, Can Auli, last year. That is a wonderful hotel, in Pollenca. So after having a fantastic trip last year qe tried one of their hotels in Palma, Can Alomar. It is just 15 minutes from the airport, and right on the corner of Passeig del Born, the main 'golden mile' of shops. It is set in what was an old Palace that has been refurbished with shops below. It has two terraces on the second floor, one for drinks, the other for breakfast and also becomes the highly acclaimed Tokio e Lima restaurant at night. Both areas overlook the shops and Passeig. On the top floor is a small pool, perfect temperature, with seating undercover for drinks and snacks and loungers for sunbathing. Maybe could do with a parasol or two but otherwise beautiful. The staff at reception, amazing. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable etc. What more can I say. We befriended Judith who seemed to help us out with everything, though all the others on reception, I apologise I didn't get their names, were so helpful. Organising taxis, friendly smile, knowing where you have been and asking how you got on. It really does make a difference. The breakfast is beautifully set out and you can have cooked aswell as the cold Meats, cheeses, croissants, etc. Lovely selection. I think Minerva (sorry if incorrect) served us daily and was always so happy and helpful. Probably the only member of staff slightly under par was a dark haired younger girl at breakfast, but not bad, just not as nice. The rooms are beautiful. We had a large corner room, bright and airconned which you definitely need in the summer. Huge bedroom, beautiful bathroom. It overlooked the Passeig. There is a gentle noise of chatting and some music, gentle stuff, not party etc, in the background until about 11pm, but you will sleep through it. Sometimes the streets are cleaned thoroughly from about 6am and the noise can be heard, but I understand if you have an inner courtyard room you wouldn't hear it. It didn't matter to us. For me it was like staying in 5 star accommodation on regent Street in London. Everything to hand, a great selection of shops and bars restaurants always near, and a great feel to match.You get two bottles of water per night and some little choiccies each turn down. The IT group have really got the hotel chain business down to a fine art. It's not just the accommodation but the staff that matter on holiday. And their staff seem to all really want to help and are friendly genuinely. We cannot wait to return. We'll done and enjoy …

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Can Alomar. We have been to Palma on a few occasions, and this has been our favorite stay thus far. The hotel is located in a commercial area with a lot of shopping options, which my wife loved, as well as a art galleries which I enjoyed. We also went to the onsite restaurant, it has exquisite Mediterranean, Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine on a terrace that overlooks Paseo del Borne. The food and the view made for a great dinner ambiance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There was no noise pollution, so we had a great sleep during our stay. If you love great food, great location, and amazing service, I recommend staying at Can Alomar. You will experience the best of the island here!

My husband and I have visited many hotels throughout Majorca over the years but, having discovered Can Alomar, we will never now stay anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly situated and with delightful knowledgable staff. Our favourite room is a tranquil haven overlooking the lemon trees in the central courtyard, spacious and with a wonderful bathroom. The monsoon shower is to die for! The bar area is relaxing, and it is lovely to have the option to sit out on the terrace overlooking the Passeig del Born: a peoplewatcher's dream! The bar drinks are delicious: I particularly recommend the Mojito! My only quibble - and it's a tiny one in the overall scheme of things - is that my husband ordered a bouquet of flowers to be awaiting us (we arrived on my birthday) and specifically requested that the flowers be colourful. We were both disappointed by the bouquet that awaited us... a rather dull collection that were as far from colourful as can be imagined!🥺 The next day we walked past the flower market where there were some very reaaonably priced huge bouquets of stunningly vibrant flowers: Can Alomar, please choose these in future! Hotel location, bed and shower are super good. The staff is great. Every aspect was excellent. The street side rooms get some audible noise time to time. We stayed two weeks and everything worked excellently for the whole time.

After some days on the wonderful Playa de Palma, we moved to the town center to this wonderful and luxury boutique hotel, located right in the old town. Excellent service, location and ambience. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace with views to the cathedral.
