Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for two nights in July and loved it (and Palma) so much we came back for three nights in October. This small hotel really is something quite special, made even more so by the quality, friendliness and attention of the whole team who look after you, from the moment you arrive to the point that they wave you off in the taxi. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable and having the roof terrace on which to relax at the end of the day, after exploring Palma is such a bonus. The location of the hotel is just perfect. One reason we wished to return was to eat once again in the restaurant. I know that often it is better to eat away from a hotel because there are so many other options available to you in town, but I would encourage any guest to book an evening in this hotel's restaurant - it really is fantastic. We ate out in town for other meals and sampled a variety of places, all within close walking distance, but the hotel's restaurant was the best. We will certainly be back staying at Posada Terra Santa!

I booked this hotel very last minute given planning issues and such. However, this was probably one of the most accommodating hotels I have ever stayed in. My partner and I usually airbnb, but we really wanted the whole experience for this part of our trip to be catered to and Posada hotel really outdid themselves with the wonderful guest services. Our experience here was unique and truly personalized. The wonderful waiters and hosts for breakfast and dinner were wonderful and they have the best attitudes and are so willing to make your experience feel special. We felt really special. Thank you so much for everything! Being here added a whole extra dimension to an already great and memorable trip.

Wow, Customer Service if I could give them 10 stars I would. They bent over backwards for us as we had an issue with our car and where to park it, they took it, parked it while we were checking in. Its in the heart of the old town of Palma, beautiful hidden gem of a hotel. We were greeted with Cava and then sent to our rooms which she upgraded, was beautiful, room 301. Bottle of Cava and chocolate truffles. The room lacked for nothing, had everything you need and then some. Floor was same as the pool on the roof deck which was wonderful plunge pool, loungers, chairs, tables etc, just wonderful. The restaurant was amazing. Kudo's the chef, had the best omelette I have ever eaten ever, a must, plus the rest of the buffett, was superb, again 10 stars to this hotel. We would stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone who asks! Lots of plaza's in the old city to walk around, the Cathederal and Museum nearaby, waterfront. Rented a car, went west to Valldemosa, Deia, Soller, Frontalutx and Port of Soller. FYI driving in Mallorca (get a small car!!!!) we had the beast (jeep renegade) so big for those roads, as I called it as the roads to these destinations are winding, small, narrow, lots of bicyclers, hillside, but absolutely beautiful. The hotel charges $25 a day to park, not an issue. Nearby easy walk across the plaza to get to the car park/garage. The staff recommended La Rosa's, so much we liked it the day we got there we ate there for dinner as well. Great food, drinks service can't go wrong. Ate at Le Petit tapas our last night, excellent. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable beds and all the amenities. Nothing lacking. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby all walking distance. Went to Fervor one night, excellent. Don't be afraid to have the white wine in Spain, the best, sangria is awesome but so is the white wine! Breakfast was included, full buffet, order your eggs, then go up and get fruits, meats cheeses pastries, yogurt fruit granola, juices, coffee tea etc. Room service was till 10pm I think, but never needed it but nice to know was there. Everything functioned perfectly in the room. WE had a king canopied bed, sitting area, desk, corner windows, WC was separate door from the rain shower then the tub/spa and sink area, just an amazing room! Felt like royalty the way they treated us. The morning we left at 530am, the night agent made us tea/coffee (no to go cups) but still he didnt' have to then escorted us to the garage so we could hand back the garage door opener. Just excellent service, you'd be a fool to stay anywhere else. Kudo's to the owner and the staff. Oh, housekeeping also excellent!

Ok, this is almost difficult to review, simply because this is perfection! Served in the shape of a quaint and luxurious, fresh while rustic being oh so true to the centuries old building, interior and exterior of the Posada Terra Santa Hotel. The fresh peachy colour of the building, combined with white paint and dark woods in the interior, makes everything pop in just the right way. Also, this must be where the service Gods stay when they are on their break. The service level was out of this world. We'll give no names, so as not to forget anyone, but every single individual working here; from housekeeping, to the reception, to the bar/restaurant, the cooks, to the transport service they are affiliated with - absolutely everyone are on their top game and offering us the experience of a lifetime. Upon arrival, we were gently seated in the perfectly furnished lobby, being served cold drinks and a small snack. Without us asking, they upgraded both our rooms, we were given our own "wing", with our "own" fashinable entrance from the main entrance to the hotel, where we could close it off with a lush curtain. And, for the waiter who pretended to be serving chilled cava to residing guests in these rooms while we waited outside (oblivious to the rooms being prepared for us), don't think we're not onto you. Next time! The rooms were spacious and lavish, with max cleanliness, big bathrooms, big closets and even bigger beds. We truly felt like kings of the world. One room even had an outdoor area, with doors opening from both the bathroom and the bedroom. The hand written welcome message accompanied by the already mentioned chilled cava, as well as chocolate made in heaven, had us rolling on our beds in awe. The room iPad offers all sorts of information, and the TV has a chromecast so you may cast to your heart's delight (but hey, you really do not want to stay in your room as the Old Town has so much to offer, all within just minutes of walking). The rooftop terrace is bigger, fresher and more exquisite than any photos portrait appropriately. There are multiple seating groups, sunbeds and a small picina to dip your toes or all of yourself in. It's probably around 5x3 meters or so. If you're in Palma and won't have time to head to the beach, this place is awesome. - Also, just dial 1000 from the rooftop and they bring you excellent drinks and savoury snacks as well. Somehow, we managed to have them refresh their stocks for making mojitos, so... We're dialling 1000 even after returning home, but to no avail. Their tiny, but private spa and massage area is downstairs, just as fresh and calming as it should be. The tiny pool is heated and there is a sauna as well. One of us did book a deep massage and came out with a new neck, so they do know what they are doing. Should you need to read/write or do any work and get tired of your room, their excellent library facilities are great - interiors melt in with the rest of the hotel, and there are great photos from Palma all the way back to the early 1900s. They've cleverly used antique books as a great interor feature, and it all just works perfectly. The reception desk is manned 24/7, so you can reach them at all hours. They go above and beyond to help out, and when there was a minor mixup with our taxi, going to a beach club for a day, staff even followed us to the corner and waited for the taxi to pick us up before leaving. As stated, everyone was helpful with absolutely everything. Importantly, if you do not speak any Spanish - their staff are all excellent English speakers and few misunderstandings should arise. We would strongly recommend their transfer service from/to the airport; that chilled bottle of water and those mints upon arrival were just priceless, and the AC limo-van was worth it. Lastly, their location in the Old Town, sits perfectly with their theme of being Hidden Away. They truly are a hidden gem, in the midst of rather regular Old Town streets. I, myself, am a slow walker, but getting around to everything, from the Arab Baths, to the Bishop Garden, La Seu Cathedral, the Royal Palace, Bar Abaco, Apuntadores street, the Marina, el Corte Ingles (for shopping), Placa Espanya and just about everything in the city centre was a breeze. The furthest away ones would take about 15 minutes of walking, and that wasn't even because of slow pace, but rather because there was always so much to look at and check out. The one attraction we used the Hop On/Off bus for (tickets bought at hotel reception), was Castle Bellver. as walking uphill was not tempting in the hot weather. Also, I may not only be slow, but also slightly lazy :) If ever going back to Palma, this will be where we stay, for sure! Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to eat at their restaurant (dinner), as it was fully booked for the night we tried, so we really do have a good reason for going back. Thank you for making our stay an immersive experience. Kudos to all the staff at Posada Terra Santa <3
