My wife and I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel. We had a very nice, comfortable room on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast buffet was excellent along with a good selection of cooked breakfast offerings. We had a late lunch on the rooftop bar (with a lovely pool) overlooking the historic town centre - and I highly recommend the club sandwich. I used the gym every morning - it's small but had a new Technogym treadmill and cross-trainer. The biggest standout was the staff - everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask for, and requests were handled very promptly. A big shout out to Cristina in particular who was very helpful with some tourism advice when our pre-booked tour guide fell ill. We will definitely return (I have also just looked at some of the other reviews, and they all capture it well).…
We absolutely loved our stay at Sant Francesc. A beautifully designed, luxurious hotel in the midst of the city. Nothing was too much or too little for the staff. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop pool was perfect to cool off in. We will be staying again if we come to Palma.
This boutique hotel is a must, I suggest putting it on your bucket list! The hotel has 42 rooms, a private fitness, 2 massage cabins and a boardroom. The location of the hotel is perfect to discover Palma de Mallorca, close to the center and yet very quiet on Placa de Sant Francesc.
We stayed in the Sant Francesc Suite and oh my how incredibly beautiful our room was... from the painted ceiling to the wood plank floors... it was a stunning blend of old world charm and modern edge. The service was impeccible... they even streamed the World Cup Final in the dining room and brought out snacks :-) The location is in a quiet square... note there is a school across the plaza and traffic (car and foot) can get hectic at dropoff and pickup times. There are some great restaurants within easy walking distance... our favorite though was the Osteria de Placa Sant Francesc just feet from the hotel. The only negative I can come up with is that the bathroom lighting was dark and not ideal/functional for trying to get ready to go out and take on the world.
Amazing stay . Perfect location, perfect service, absolutely friendly and service oriented! The junior Suite was phenomenal.nice bath area , very good bed. Parking service excellent! Breakfast , dining and Bar ,….. perfecto! Rooftop area with really nice view and really good barkeeper . Lounge area also really nice !
Beautiful Hotel with an excellent Restaurant. Super friendly and helpful staff. Overall just a five star experience and I am looking forward to come back soon. The Room was cozy and luxurious. I did not miss anything.
The hotel has an excellent location but the best part is the welcoming and service you get from the entire staff during your stay. The rooms has an excellent standard and the breakfast is fantastic. The pool area on top of the hotel gives you a great moment to relax and has a good selection for a lunch.
Beautiful location in center of historical Palma in an old manor building refurbised a few years ago into a luxurious small hotel. Top service and exellent restaurant. Airport only 20 minutes away in taxi.
Like most Brits, we have flown into and out of Palma without really thinking about....you know....Palma. We decided to rectify this enormous minus in our travel CV by staying in Palma for an early Autumn break as the leaves had started to turn and there was even a threat of snow on the hillsides at home in the chilly North. Palma airport is less than 30 minutes from Sant Francesc even in Palma rush hour. Situated in a square devoted to the adjacent church, the hotel is the epitome of discreet opulence. You really wouldn't know it was there is you were a casual passer by. In an island that is famous for neon and excess, this is the perfect juxtaposition. We stayed in 2 rooms. Both perfect, modern, well appointed and very cool. Both were on the ground floor and opened on to the atrium. Truly some of the nicest rooms that I have stayed in. The hotel has the roof top bar and pool...a perfect place to drink wine, check emails (and rugby scores), snooze or just be grateful that you are in this wonderful place, after enjoying the wonderful cosmopolitan delights of the city, and its many cute tapas bars a stones throw away! We had lunch and breakfast at Sant Francesc....both excellent (lunch being the special Sunday offering, which you really shouldn't miss- delicious and also great value). It is also worth remembering that Sant Francesc has one of the best cocktail bars in the city so don't miss that out! As so often...the staff are the biggest influence on a good hotel experience. The Sant Francesc staff were friendly, professional, immaculate and absolutely excellent. They elevated our stay. I really couldn't recommend Sant Frances highly enough. A great break in a beautiful city.…
We (and our 5-week old baby) recently stayed at Sant Francesc for a city escape. It was a lovely stay in a beautiful building. Having stayed at its sibling Can Ferrereta in 2022, we were prepped for the amazing collection of furniture/art/history of building, and it didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the bar perfect for a rainy night in with cocktails, and they made our baby feel very at home with a beautiful cot/linen. The only downside was prior to arriving we were given incorrect information about carparking cost, and were not warned it was in 'restricted' zone (but hotel guests had access). This meant we parked 20-minute walk away with our luggage and pram. The hotel carpark would have been far easier! However overall a lovely stay.
