The service and staff are polite friendly and caring, the food for breakfast was tasty and varied, the studio room was supposed to be for self catering, but had no kettle or oven, just a microwave and 2 ring electric plate with 1 pan and 1 pot, basic knives and forks, but the studio was always clean, and spatial, with...

Clean & friendly... This hotel is on the coast with views of the sea from the lovely pools. Food is really good with lots of choice. We asked for extra pillows & they were delivered within the hour. We will be back.

First holiday away without children lovely scenery all around, plenty of walks on doorstep. Las Olas hotel awesome everyone so friendly, clean and fresh. Superb views to sea from balcony. Weather good. Walk to Santa Cruz great, food good what more can one say. Will return next year

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great pool area with view of the sea. Los Cancajos is a great resort, just enough bars and restaurants. We have just returned from our second visit to Hotel Las Olas and were not disappointed. DIRTY SHEETS NOT CHANGED SINCE LAST GUESTS. EEEK!! DIRTY APARTMENT.... HAIR IN BATH. icy cold pools. beware of frostbite horrible ignorant thomson rep. didn't even know bus routes or any spanish, deathly quiet resort. derelict shopping malls, shut down bars and restaurants. everything but one bar/cafe shut on new years eve!
