A truly outstanding hotel, so worthy of the awards it has received. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The lovely bedrooms with comfy beds, the delicious well cooked food, the large pool, the stunning historic building - what a delight to stay there. We received a warm welcome and were delighted with being treated as special guests. All the staff deserve much praise. The hotel stands in gorgeous gardens near a beautiful park. Local transport is nearby and easy to use. Our holiday there was a privilege. We can't wait to stay there again.

Santa Catalina in Las Palmas is a really outstanding hotel with extremely high standards and a friendly, very efficient staff. We loved our room. the lovely pool, the food, the feeling of being cared for and welcomed. It really is one of the very best hotels we have ever stayed in. Its setting is in spacious, gorgeous gardens. There are good public transport links to a wide area, We have just returned home and are already looking forward to returning to this unique hotel.

it is perfect for completly relax. breakfast in special is special moment and tortilla cooked in front of you like you want it is like a kiss of your mother. in evening you can have relax in different ways: restaurant, coktails bars (with beautiful panorama and DJ set or with sweet live msic) or quite moments in the little but very beautiful park. swimming pool, spa wellness and jim rooms complete the lovely service for your relaxing holiday.

Wonderful experience. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Quality of food is excellent. Try the croquettes, lamb shoulder, jamon iberico and tempura prawns. Swimming pool is peaceful, well equipped and an excellent bar! A must stay in Gran Canaria.

We stayed at the Santa Catalina in May, hoping for some warm pleasant weather and a relaxing experience. Our expectations were surpassed by the hotel, the staff and the island. The reception staff welcomed us like old friends. The breakfast buffet and everything we ate at all of the restaurants and from room service were delicious. The maitre de, waiters and managers, especially Joseu, always helped deliver the perfect meal and were happy to share ideas for excursions around the island. The pools are clean and comfortable with sunbeds and cabana's that offer sun or shade and towels and refreshments are close to hand. We can't thank the staff enough. An historic beautiful hotel set in its own hideaway grounds. Perfect for celebrating my sister's 60th birthday. Surrounding area is obviously built up over the years but this hotel has kept its class and fully deserves 5 star.
