The hotel is perfect for a city stay. The location is totally central. It's clean and well taken care off. The staff is friendly; checkin and checkout without problems. We could leave our luggage in the reception until the time of our actual departure. The rooms have everything required, from air condition to TV, Wifi and a nice bath room....

I stayed here for a conference. While the room was clean, spacious and the staff friendly, it was not a good experience. The room contained a safe but it was an old one that required a key, which was not in the safe, and therefore unusable/worthless. Being unwell with the flu I did not think to relocate my jewellery into...

Located in the city, close to everything. Typical European hotel with rooms on the small side. Rooms have two single beds. In a quiet location. Staff are not very friendly but professional. Serves good buffet breakfast.

We stayed for one night after arriving on the ferry from Gran Canaria. The hotel is in a good location - about 10 minutes walk from the ferry port, and 15 minutes from the Intercambiador bus station. The room was a little spartan, but was very clean and had plenty of space and storage. There was a bit of noise...

Spent a night here in January. Great location to explore Santa Cruz, in plain centre of the city. Great combination price/value. Highly recommended! No a quiet location though, since there´s a lot of movement outside. Still, the best hotel to stay in Santa Cruz.

6th floor internal facing room beside lift. Was afraid the lift would be noisy but it didn't really bother me. The Room was simply furnished but has full bath, good shower, lots of towels and a few English tv channels. I looked at the breakfast buffet saw tinned fruit and sliced cheese so didn't opt for it,loads of bars and coffee shops nearby....

Stayed here for seven nights during our recent trip to Tenerife. Hotel is situated on a pedestrianised street opposite a park in the city centre. Room had all the basics, furnishings a little dated, bathroom was a good size. We booked on a room only basis so can't comment on the food, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Short walk...

This hotel is excellent located in the city center. Try to get a room in the upper level. Then you could see the sea as well. On the side of the building there is rooms with a small balcony. Very clean room and sumptuous breakfast.

Good clean rooms and very central on a park/square overlooking the town. Lots of restaurants and things to see in the area. No real foyer so doesn't feel like a hotel. No extra features really. Staff were friendly. Great value for money

We had a great stay in the Hotel Principe Paz! The location is absolutely perfect, except from the parking situation, except from the parking situation which is a disaster. If you have a rental car you can park stressfree at Plaza Espana public parking for 15,80€ per day, parking in the streets of the inner city is almost impossible. We...
