I just loved this place. Small boutique hotel with artistic atmosphere- paintings, bibelots. It looks as if it was taken from a different universe. Perfectly situated just a few steps from the surfers beach. Nice and helpfull service. My only concern was a small room but on the other side its price was really attractive (42 euros per night).

We had a very pleasant one-night stay. The hotel is full of character in a good way. The conversion to a hotel has preserved the feel of the building as a traditional basque home. The rooms are very small but comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable with a very welcoming host. The only real problem is parking - there is none near...

We stayed one night in Santander this hotel was perfect for our needs. We had a room on the top floor facing the water that had a queen bed and bathroom (which was small but had a large shower) on the bottom floor and then two twin beds upstairs which was perfect for three people. There is no lift so...

Room 201 was classed as DOUBLE SUPERIOR HOT DEAL. Small double bed, no twin bedded rooms available - though an apartment 5 minutes away was offered at an extra cost. Everything in the room felt 'sticky' to the touch and the bathroom smelt of drains. There was a plug in air freshener which was equally as bad when used. My...

Hotel was expensive for what you get, almost feels like you are paying for the strange decor rather than the room. Rooms were clean and comfortable though. Shower was good but no air con. Location is quite far from the centre of Santander, but close to the beautiful beach areas, which were very quiet considering (out of season, but still...

I never write a negative review. However, there is always a first time. This has to be my least favourite hotel. On a positive note. The hotel looked great both externally and internationally. A lot attention to detail on the decor side. Our room would have been cheaper had we left it until 17:00 hours to book. It was offered...

This place was definitely a very fortunate finding! The location is just great, steps from the beachfront. The service: wonderful. Looking forward to repeat a summer visit to Sardinero! The breakfast was very good, and we were definitely charmed by a seafood restaurant very close to the hotel, with the freshest seafood and the most attentive service ever!

When we decided to visit Santander, our second Amés Y Aventuras destination in June - Las Brisas Boutique seemed like an obvious choice for our gaff for the weekend. Don't get me wrong - Santander is filled with luxurious places to stay. Would other places offer luxury and magical ambience with a generous drop of 6 star service and helpfulness?...

I stayed in this hotel in early June at the end of a second stage of the Camino de Norte. The location is excellent, the breakfast is great value at €5 and the staff very helpful and friendly. My room had a balcony and the terrace was really welcome. Rooms are decorated uniquely.

Nice place in front of the beach and quiet and there is public transportation that goes to the city center in 10-15 min. The roo is small but confortable, cute snd with all needed. Breakfast is really good, I miss natural orange juice but the rest was really complete.

“We had a seaview room on the top floor and it was comfortable but small and probably not worth paying the extra for. The other rooms on the top floor seemed larger and had baths, although one of them developed a leak during a period of heavy rain.”
