I paid 30€ per night for a hostal room, which was like a typical 2 or 3 start hotel. Clean, fur iture in very good shape, functioning bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is awesome. You reach every highlight of Toledo within a few minutes walking only. The only concern I had is the noise from time to...

Located across the street from the Puerta/Gate of the Sol/Sun and near the Puerta Bisagra. Accessible via a short walk down Calle de Azacanes. The rooms are very nice and clean. Big bed and small balcony on upper floors. The front desk staff was very helpful and jovial and could speak English. Easy access to city buses, taxi cabs at...

This is the second time we have used this hostal. Hostal Sol is a grate value for what you get . It was as nice as the first time we stayed 5 years ago. Very helpful staff, good location, easy to find by directions given, no to far from the main area, and a great value for the money.

Very clean and comfortable . the front door closes at 11pm, but you have access to the hostel by an electronic door. Safe area in the historic city and close to bars, restaurants and...

Clean, conviently located and had a hair dryer! About a 10 minute (uphill) walk to the city square, but then again everything is uphill in Toledo! Room was quiet at night and the concierge was very helpful. Definitely go see the cathedral, it's beautiful.

The location just outside the Town gate is fantastic! A 5 minute taxi ride from the train station, and a five minute walk from the hotel to the old center of Toledo. Lots of charm, very friendly staff, and good coffee, pastries, and juice for breakfast. The quad room we rented is across the street from the main part of...

The hostal is just out side the old city's fence. It's small and very basic but clean. 2 minutes walk from the old city gates , 10 minutes to the old city center. If you are on budget and looking for a clean place to sleep with good location. This hostal won't let you down.

“With either the hotel or the hostal, it might be a good idea to try to get a room away from Calle Azacanes. On weekends, late night drinkers can make a lot of noise.”

“If you wish you can book the Hotel Sol which is across the street not sure if this is with booking.com, but it looked a nice hotel, and the reception deals with the Hostal check in, and queries while there.”
