It is the pêrfect place to stay for one night. It is very near the center of the old town. The rrooms are spacious, with confortable twin beds and a large bathroom. All was very clean. We were very delighted by the breakfast buffet. I will recommend this hotel. We were very happy to have a closed and secure garage.

good enough for its price range...but far from a 4 star experience. facilities look a bit wear off, but good enough for a get away trip. Good news are that the staff support makes up for any unconvenience that may arise, they are very kind, helpful and supportive, the best asset of the hotel

This hotel was a lovely place to stay with everything you'd need and the little luxuries you would expect from a 4*. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. It's walking distance to the centre of Burgos (10 minutes to the Cathedral). Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good value- full...

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first visit was many years ago ( before Tripadvisor I believe) and naturally after all this time the hotel has had a complete makeover and total refurb. It is a smart, modern, clean establishment, The staff were very helpful and polite and spoke good English. We arrived shortly...

This is a good basic business style hotel at a very economical rate. The exterior is in need of some attention but the rooms have been nicely refurbished and are a good size. Comfortable bed although rather bouncy so for two people can be disturbing. Very nice shower. Excellent free Wifi. Parking in secure underground garage 12 euros. We had...

Being 15 mins walk from the old city centre, the hotel is somewhat cheaper but supposed rated at 4* - expected it to be more for business than tourist. The hotel is simply "tired" and in need of a sprucing up. The most uncomfortable beds we have experienced in a very long time. Lift service insufficient to cope with busy...

Hotel wasn't the best. Feels like it was from the early 60's and has been remodeled. Dinner there was sub-par and the dessert was fresh fruit that sounds appetizing until you find out it was a green apple with a green, hard pear. Shower worked but not well. I felt safe although the area around the hotel was a bit...

It really felt like a deceiving and a high deception about staying at this hotel. First it's not a 4 stars hotel because quality of bedrooms, service above all is disappointing. Then suddenly it worried even more to see that I felt unsafe, please see pictures. If you put all this together and paying the requested price of a normal...
