When I checked in, I asked about the laundry services at the hotel, and the Front Office Manager (wearing suits) said they don't have laundry in the hotel - and when I asked about the information they put on website and booking confirmation that they offer laundry, he said that the Director of the hotel only does this to add...

The room was a typical European hotel room. Shower may have been a bit bigger than usual. It did get rather warm in the room. Tried to open the window to cool off. That was really not a good option due to noise from the street. Both vehicles and pedestrians. My room was on the second floor. That did not...

This is a very nice hotel located in a residential area behind the Cathedral (two or three blocks distance). Thus, it is away from the noise of the town center and major daily activities. The hotel is simple, and the room well designed, comfortable, and the bathroom very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a broad selection of jamones,...

After struggles to find hotels in Santander and Pamplona it was a real treat even before we got to Infantas to have their signs showing us the way.Great location within a short walk of the cathedral area, friendly and very efficient welcome from the receptionist pointing out places we might need. The bar/cafe serves good coffee and beer, no problems with...

My husband and I are spending a few days here waiting to start El Camino. The hotel has very helpful staff, clean rooms and up to date bathroom and beds. It is near the cathedral but away from the noisy walking area. We are very happy here.

We very much enjoyed the location of this hotel. It's conveniently close to the city center, the cathedral and the restaurant mile. Our room was spacious, very clean and the AC worked well. We also liked the fact that this place has it's own parking garage. Breakfast was OK, the staff very friendly and competent.

We booked this hotel while enroute from Santiago de Compostela. It is clean and tidy with a great location too. Not sure of the receptionist name but she was amazing!! She made us feel totally welcome and gave us enough info about the city to start us off. Great shower, comfy beds, decent breakfast too, what's not to like. Amazing...

If you need a comfortable, relaxing, very clean and reasonably priced place to stay while in Leon, I would strongly recommend the Infantas de Leon Hotel. It is only a few minutes walk to the center and the Cathedral but you can't beat the price. There is a nice cafeteria where you can get drinks and breakfast or lunch and...

Nice hotel and great location close to the city center... Room was clean and wifi connection was working properly... We had breakfast in the bar but not in the buffet.... Location is quite good.. Is around 5 min walking to the cathedral and there is also the possibility to park in the street free of charge

As a great half way stop from madrid to la coruna, we found a great price with them (almost half than the rest) as they had parking it was ideal. Initially we had our doubts as the price we're so low. But the room are quite clean, not as big as some of their pictures indicate but spacious enough. Easy...
