Great place to stay Immaculate garage Great staff and service. Also well located to walk to all the attractions. We were late to bed and rising and although we had missed the cut off time for breakfast (by a country mile!😄) they still kept everything out for us and made fresh eggs and toast ect. Top Experience

Our room was very comfortable and very quiet, even with a view of the main street below. The service at Hotel Rector was great; very attentive without being obtrusive. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient to the sites in the center of the city.

What an amazing Hotel. Only 14 rooms - we were upgraded to a suite in room 24. This had just been renovated and was outstanding. Brilliant sleep quality, huge living area in the suite with several innovative features. This included a SENSOR BASED night light in the bathroom that was activated, I think, when my feet hit the floor? The...

Stayed here 4 nights over New Year with friends. We must echo all recent 5-star reviews. It is rare to find an establishment, let alone a charming boutique B&B hotel, where all the staff are genuinely interested in you the guest and eager to look after your every need. And the location is perfect to explore the beautiful, very Spanish,...

We fell in love with this hotel, everything about it is just beautiful. We were only staying in Salamanca for one night but this place really completed our experience in the town. It is spotlessly clean, well maintained and you could not fault the staff, they go above and beyond to help you. We were staying on the ground floor,...

The Hotel Rector is perfect in every way: a small, charming upscale boutique hotel in a neoclassical building directly across the street from the old city walls. The lobby has three different sitting areas with comfortable chairs and lots of art books to read. The rooms are large; the beds so comfortable you want to ship them home; the breakfasts...

Almost perfect. Small, perfectly located, beautifully designed and appointed and maintained, gorgeous rooms and public space(s), abundant breakfast, warm and attentive and thoughtful staff. A very very VERY nice hotel and a great choice when in Salamanca. One minor glitch is that the third floor of the building in which the Hotel operates is apparently one or more residences occupied...

Dear Mr. Fred 193, Thank you for the kind words. We are delighted to know that you had a nice stay in Salamanca and enjoyed our hotel. We are sorry to hear about the sound glitch, as we always strive to cultivate a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Since your stay occurred on Christmas Eve, there were children visiting upstairs (as guests)...

We spent two nights at Hotel Rector in September 2016 and we loved everything about this place. The staff was courteous and attentive. The room was large and very well appointed. This was definitely a hotel that we recommend whole heartedly. One of our favourites!!
