The hotel is clean and the staff are all friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms nice. However, check in was late and our room was not ready on time. No major issue on its own but still a little annoying. Neither of the rooms on our booking were cleaned on Sunday. We arrived back at our rooms for...

In spite of reviews and website pictures, etc. we weren't sure what to expect. It was a very pleasant surprise. This hotel is located two subway trains from downtown Barcelona or a $7~euro cab ride. There are many hotels that are more centrally located but this place is so nice and the price so reasonable that it must be considered....

I stayed here with my girlfriend and it was a big disappointment! Location is not that good, the room had a weird and ineficiente layout, the beds were two single beds instead of one double bed which made it super uncomfortable, the AC didn't worked during the four nights we stayed so we had to open the window and the...

We stayed 4 nights. The staff were very friendly, especially Juan. The room was clean and a good size for a boutique hotel. The double glazed windows blocked out all traffic noise. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a pod coffee machine. Re location, apart from the Sagrada Familia, there weren't any other tourist attractions nearby, but the...

This hotel was only a short walk from Sagrada Familia and several underground stations making it very easy to get about from. En suite bathroom was quite small and I wasn't impressed with the meat provided at breakfast. Pastries were delicious though.

This was a pleasant place to stay if not a little off the beaten track but by saying that it was only a 15 min walk to the Sagrada Familia, a 2 min walk to the Metro that was very easy to use and if you like being amongst the locals this is the place with lovely restaurants close by...

We stayed for a quick weekend trip to meet up with some friends who were staying at the Independencia Apartments nearby. While it is not in the central area of Barcelona, it is right by the El Clot-Aragó metro stop. You can take a 30-minute direct train to/from the airport (departure/arrival to Terminal 2 - free airport shuttle from terminal...
