The rooms are big and very quiet. Raoul the concierge was very friendly and helpful. There are 2 reasons I did not give it 5 stars. During the week, the housekeeping was great, but not on the weekends. The housekeeper left dirty cutlery and ddi not resupply the coffee and tea. Also the room service food was not readily available.

NH Entenza is a great, reasonably priced option for a short stay in Barcelona. There are two Metro stations within a ten minute walk, both will get you to all the main attractions within ten minutes. Its also a good option for a bus ride to Park Guell, reception will direct you. There are a couple of Mini-markets near by, pick up water, snack and drinks here rather than use the mini-bar, it’s very expensive. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel in a quiet area. Close to The Barcelona Saint and metro station which made it easy to move around. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever something was needed, especially Raul.

I was here with my mum, the room was pretty spacious, everything was clean and tidy. Room was pretty nicely equipped - we had even hand lotion and hair conditioner in the bathroom. The only thing that we missed was a kettle. Close to the hotel we enjoyed the breakfast in the cafe called '365' - really nice to be around spanish culture. Crew was super nice and patient even when dealing with payment/card issues. Special thanks to Raul, who recommended us some really great things to see during our last day. We would never go to the old Arena which had the most amazing view, if it wasn't for him.

Like the title says, my mom stayed at this hotel for 20 nights and felt just like at home. She had absolutely no negative comments about her stay. All of the personnel treated her well and were quick to help her with any request she had. And since the hotel is dog friendly, my dog was able to visit his grandma too!

Stayed for a business trip. The reception staff is fine. My issue is with the head office/reservation system. When I first inquired about rooms (special rate for a conference), they somehow generated a reservation for a different city. So, I had to ask about that, and I was left with constant updates in my calendar about a correct reservation PLUS a random city reservation. I sent the hotel my correct invoice address, but at check-in they had different details on file. I gave correct details to the reception to give to the head office to change. Upon check-out days later, the updates had not been made. I've had to write a separate email about it (still no resolution or updated receipt).

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and spacious. Room presented to a high standard. Shower worked well and was powerful. Bed comfy. plenty of storage space and a desk for working. Flat screen TV, air con and mini bar.
