Great staff, fantastic food, walking distance to many of Barcelona's featured attractions including Antoni Goudi's Casa Batllo, an absolute must see. The decor, the rooftop Tapas / Bar and the rooms where amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.

Hi- pool looks ok and so does bar, as we went in February neither was open due to it being Winter but in Summer I would imagine it's very good, having said that I would have used the pool if it had been open, hope that helps, try and get a room with a veranda overlooking the Main Street, you can stand there and watch the world go by while having a drink.
