I stayed here for 4 nights, on my own as my friends stayed elsewhere. Arrived at 11:00 at night and greeted by a warm welcome at reception. My room was on the 3rd floor (single room). Perfect for what I needed, had air con and a large wardrobe and tv (but no english channels). Bathroom was excellent, very clean and...

The hotel is in a great location only about 2 blocks from Las Ramblas and about 1/4 mile from a metro station. It's on a small out of the was street though that can be difficult to find, at least for our cab driver. Our room was on the 3 rd floor overlooking the back alley and was quiet with...

The hotel is located a few turns off some of the most crowded streets of Barcelona. It is in walking distance of the beach and close to the metro. Room is small, basic and renovated a few years ago. AC is strong enough and the bathroom is clean. Breakfast is included. I'd recommend place for anyone with a budget.

We had a great location, friendly staff, nice clean double room with beautifull bathroom plus nice breakfast and all of this for great price. Bigest suprise of our trip. Only bad thing I could say was a noise in the middle of the night but it is nobody's fault really, as...

Was just looking for a single room for one night, and this was perfect. Paid €40, and didn't expect much, but it was really, really nice. Check in was efficient and friendly. I like trying to speak Spanish, and the chap on reception indulged me by explaining everything slowly and clearly in Spanish. I headed up to the room to...

just spent 4 days in barcelona staying at this hotel. Ideal position for a base from which to explore. Yards from La Ramblas. Although this is not a luxury hotel it is clean well maintained. All the staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would definately reccomend it especially if on a budget and would stay there again

Our first time in Barcelona so hard to know how to choose where to stay but I made an excellent choice! Clean, fresh contemporary decor, comfortable bed - felt hard at first but I slept very well. Walk out the door and you're in the midst of the Gothic Quarter: La Rambla a stone's throw, lots of choice of restaurants,...

Neighbourhood Profile
Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighbourhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
