It was my first stay in Hilton with my Gold Membership and I was really happy about choosing them. Stayed four nights with them and had great service. Check in process with Diogo was smooth. Room was nice with a good view of the park. I liked the bathroom and the bed. Two daily complimentary water bottles were perfect for us. Walking distance from Maria Cristina Metro station, some shopping and many fast food restaurants Breakfast was good as well. Reasonable price paid at check out. I recommend Hilton Hotel when staying in the city.

Pro - friendly staff - prices in bar moderate Con - windows can’t be opened in rooms - very bad: no tea/coffee making facilities in room… is this a 5-star hotel? - mini bar empty - bathroom ceiling damaged - no shower, just a bathtub - hotel is not near city center - hotel can be mixed up with Hilton Diagonal Mar… which is 25 minutes away by car! Please make sure to instruct your taxi driver correctly.

Clean, modern, excellent rooms. We had connecting rooms and they were well appointed. Great location. Excellent lounge facilities and great breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants as well as hop on hop off lines. Reasonable cab ride to main tourist areas, cabs and transit very readily available.

Negatives: - The hotel looked nice but was extremely basic. - Overpriced bar drinks with very rude staff. - The rooms were cleaned daily but the cleaners did not take the old towels, meaning we had 3 days of old damp towels in our bathroom, which was not ideal. -The bed was possibly one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds i’d ever endured. - Outdated room with old amenities Positives: - The staff on reception were very helpful & friendly. - Bathroom was a brilliant size and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. - Location: Great transportation links. The walk into the city centre was LONG to say the least (around 50mins) but there are loads of great breakfast spots & cafe’s to stop off at on the way - very close to a shopping centre if that’s what you’re into…

How disappointing to find such a dismal experience in the Executive Lounge. You would think that the fine culinary tradition of Barcelona would be represented at the evening cocktail hour. This may represent the worst display of any Executive Lounge that I have ever seen worldwide. Oily deep fried chicken, cheese and fish nuggets with dried tired tiny sandwiches. Food not being kept warm so these fried nuggets are cold soon after they are served. Disappointing for sure. Bar with white and red wine NO Cava in Penedes go figure. No F&B Manager ever showed up. Gin, Scotch and vodka also available to wash down the food.

Clean. Breakfast was disappointing. Dinner correct. The location is not that great - far from the beach, far from the city center. The only plus is proximity to the airport (<30 min). The rooms were hot & stuffy despite switching off the heating, and I could hear the road traffic from my room. The conference facilities were good, with good quality lunch & refreshment throughout. Not a hotel for tourists. Very functional for business.

Location is very convenient for all transit. Facility is clean and well-maintained. Very modern decor and fixtures. I didn’t hear any outside noise during my stay. Breakfast and cocktail hour are very good Mattress was very firm. Linens are high quality.

We stayed at the Hilton Barcelona for one week & we truly enjoyed every minute. The staff are friendly, the breakfast was great and the dining area were enjoyable. Most of the staff are friendly and ready to provide advise about touristic visits in the city . Last but not least the check in and check out experience were fun and friendly.
