Expo Hotel is ideally located five minutes from the Sants metro station and walking distance (20min) from the Rampla, downtown Barcelona. The young people running the hotel are very polite and ready to help you out making your day. The rooms are spacious but really boring and impersonal making a long stay rather unpleasant and tiring. The bathroom is old...

The visit at the hotel was for business, to hold a company team meeting at the hotel and use it as the base for late time festivities. The check in procedure was extremely slow, being at the back of the lina of about 8 people caused a wait for around 30min. Standard of the room is OK but not at...

Lovely room. But booked superior and wasn't. I'm currently in room 615. Slippers provided but no bath robes. They have none???. Had to ask twice for a kettle even though we emailed them.. Superior room????? Don't think so. Don't pay the extra. Not worth it

The rooms are described as functional. Basic would be more accurate. Very disappointed when I opened the door and walked inside. Smelt of cheap air freshener and the layout was old fashioned and drab. The bathroom was tatty and not very clean. I arrived in the evening after driving across northern Spain from the ferry in Bilbao and as it...

We picked this hotel as it was ideal for what we wanted. We self catered which was perfect for us as we wanted to go out and eat but we did have a lunchtime meal in the outside area. The views are amazing from here, it was a really nice place to sit and have a drink, and the food...

We stayed here for three nights last week and was really looking forward to enjoying the luxuries of a four star hotel, but were a bit disappointed. Very close to the train station, a metro station, a couple of bars and restaurants. The outside looked pleasant enough and the lobby and lift area is clean and modern. Check in was...

This is a clean, no-frills hotel that's very convenient if you're travelling to/from Sants train station. Check-in took a bit too long and our room wasn't ready, but staff kindly offered to store our bags so we could go and explore. We booked for 3 people (three single beds) and were placed in a room on the top floor. Unfortunately...

Stopped here for 3 nights, reception was good and friendly, the room was really nice, they provide towels, shower gel, very spacious, two free waters in the fridge, the city tax was €1.50 per night, per person. The hotel is also near a metro stop, which is handy and plenty of restaurants

At checkin the staff could not find our reservation as the name was spelled incorrectly. Who knows whose fault this was as it sounded NOTHING like our last name, but we'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this issue. Check in took about 1/2 hr. One enduring problem during our stay was the temperature. The hotel floors and...

I stayed at this hotel as I wanted to be close to the Barcelona Sants Tran Station (to catch a train to Madrid, and bus for day trip to Andorra la Vella, Andorra).
