The front desk's staffs were kind. We walked to this hotel from the Barcelona Saints Station. It took about 25-30 minuets. Also, we walked to the Sagrada Familier from this hotel. about 30min fun walk. Bathroom has a bathtub!! Yeah!!

Room had windows towards a covered inner court and I had challenges with the room ventilation (esp. over night). Room clean & modern, breakfast OK. But better dine out, for diversity and atmosphere. At the price/night I paid, there are better offers in Barcelona.

We have Double rooms Single Use that we suggest to book for a minimum rate difference. They are bigger and face to main street or big interior court with daylight. I arrived late at night at the hotel and the night receptionists fixed me a bottle of cava even though everything was closed. I was very happy for this gesture. Excellent service at this hotel. Nice and cosy. Very good breakfast! Big room. I can strongly recommend this hotel.

This is a hotel is a very nice and fancy hotel, I was in a room where there is a desk behind the bed, which will enable someone to work without disturbing another who is sleeping. The light system in the room was very nice and very effective, and once you take the key from the pocket on the wall, the room is immediately in the dark. I like the reception, the marbles on the floor, and how everything is nice and clean Elevators are always available, if not they are fast to get Dinning room is nice and clean, the food is always different from one day to another.

This hotel has an excellent team working on the front desk, and in the bar. They went out of their way to answer questions, provide information, and really seemed to care about guests. The rooms are spotless, great reading lights, room safes, and tea/coffee makers. Would definitely stay again. The location is fine if you don’t mind a short walk, about 10-15 minutes to the square. Hotel is near the block of discord, and .Sagrada. Room was very quiet.

While I realize that an early check-in is not always possible, especially when arriving prior to a noon check-out, we were not treated courteously and there was no attempt to check the system to see if we could get in even an hour or two early. We arrived at the hotel after an 8 hour red-eye flight and an additional metro ride and walk from the metro station pulling our luggage to be told that we could drop off our luggage and leave. We were advised to "go get lunch" and "site see". We wanted to see if there was any chance of getting a room early as we had been up all night and could not walk around the city as we were exhausted. We were told we could not without anyone checking the computer. We were offered water and candy. My husband and I sat for a bit to regroup at a table in the lounge and just tried to decide what we could do. We finally checked our luggage with the hotel and went next door for lunch. We returned after eating and I fell asleep in the lobby as we had no place else to go. We were not given a room until 10 minutes to 3:00 and at that time everyone was friendly and gave us an area map and brochure. We stayed at another hotel on this same trip where we arrived early and although, again, it was early, we were given lots of information and maps and advised that we could change clothes, lock up or bags and even visit the roof solarium as well as they would try to get us in as early as possible. This small bit of kindness made all of the difference from one hotel to the next. The remainder of our stay was fine but this initial treatment soured our experience. …

We were very pleased to find this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is smaller than some of the other comparable hotels but very tasty. There are plenty of restaurants in a very close proximity and the Sagrada Familia is about a mile and a half away.

The room layout was excellent, really wide and comfortable bed for a single room and the hotel room itself was quite big for a single room. Excellent accommodations. The breakfast variety was good on most days and it's possible to take coffee to go. About 15-20 min walk to the center. Very clean hotel, rooms are cleaned every day.
