My partner and I travelled from Prestwick airport, Scotland to Barcelona on 12 November 2016 flying with Ryanair. The hotel was perfect as well priced via Amoma.com Family were living across the road so perfect location for us. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the main Sants station, where the train comes in from the airport. The nearest...

We stayed for 3 nights here. It was our first visit to the beautiful city of Barcelona. We wanted to be within walking distance of La Rambla, which is approximately a 30 minute walk from Hotel Viladomat, in hindsight we would've preferred to be a little closer to the centre. But it's any easy pleasant walk. There is a taxi...

We stayed at this hotel recently for a quick getaway. The hotel is out of the main part of Barcelona, the rooms were perfectly adequate, the road is rather noisy but after a long day sightseeing it wasn't too much of a problem. The room lacked any tea/coffee making facilities, so we had to resort to screw top wine from...

This is a comfortable mid-range hotel. Well-located and relatively quiet by Barcelona standards despite being on a busy avenue. One thing that was really convenient is that there is a taxi stand right opposite the entrance to the hotel.

The stay was unpleasant, to put it mildly. The staff is non-courteous- nothing like a hotel staff is. The hotel is on a corner of the road. So it is noisy as hell on the first floor. But with 5 other guests apart from us, we weren't given another room. Mostly recommended by tour agents I guess. Cos we saw...

This was our first trip to BARCELONA, the staff was very helpful. They gave us the room once it was ready, did not wait till check in time. They helped us to reach any of our destinations. The room was great, big, clean, a view window and smell good. They gave us two baby cots for our twins and they...

We stayed here for 3 nights and were able to get everywhere easily by walking or taking the metro which was about 10-15 minutes from the hotel. You can walk to Las Ramblas, Passeig Gracia and Plaza de Espana about 20-30 minutes. The breakfast was OK, continental style with a few hot foods. Room is small but it has what...

I recently stayed here with my partner for 4 nights 12/09/16-16/09/16. The hotel room was very spacious and had a spacious bathroom with both shower and bath. The room also came with air con, fridge and shower essentials. The room was cleaned everyday and was given fresh towels We paid £270 for 4 nights which was a good price so...

Clean & tidy room fitted with TV & a minibar. Bathroom had a nice selection of free products in case you needed to supplement your own. Reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable, & those we spoke to have a good command of English. There is a claim this hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from the central tourist area. I...

Went for a one week city trip with my friend. The rooms were tidy and clean but that's about it ! Location of the hotel is quite far from the city centre. Our rooms was facing the road which was extremely noisy specially with that massive construction building on the other side of the road. I wouldn't stay there again!

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
