I echo the reviews about the great location of the el Jardi! Lots of sights and great eateries literally steps from the door. The rooms are tiny, as are the showers, but it's worth the location. Fantastic hotel! One note for those who aren't very mobile. The hotel is located on the second floor of the building so you need...

Great little hotel right next to the Las Ramblas and the famous La Bouqueria market, right in the middle of Barri Gothic (Gothic quarter), a 2 min walk from the train station. The staff was fanatastic, as were the rooms. Tiny but really clean. The only complain would be no wifi in the room, but that was hardly a problem...

If you want to be in the hub of things in old Barcelona then this is the perfect place. It's in a little old square (St Josep) in the heart of the Barri Gotic. There are cafes, musicians and artists outside your window, and a stone's throw from everything you need to see, including the Ramblas which helps to get...

Great little hotel in downtown Barcelona. Room was small but clean. Staff very helpful and knowledgable. Must carry your bags up 1 level to get to the elevator to get you to your room. Great breakfast and coffee. Would stay there again.

My girlfriend and I had an interior room on the 6th floor, and it was super quiet. The front desk staff were helpful and nice. You really can´t beat the location and price of El Jardi. I read some of the other reviews stating that the bathrooms were small, but we didn´t think find that in our room (#66). Our...

This location fully met our expectations! We booked a "large exterior type 1" as a room for 3 - it was on the 6th floor (#63) and was basic but spacious enough. We asked for a room on an upper floor due to the tripadvisor reviews stating the lower floors would be noisy at night. The noise was not an...

Centred in a square beside a church with lots of activity , a very short walk from "The Rambler" we really enjoyed our stay here. We had one of the better rooms overlooking the square on the second floor . The beds are doubles not queens but the room was quite spacious with a good sized bathroom and balcony. The...

Stayed here for a week and found it was a really great location to see Barcelona from. Some may find it a little noisy, but try finding somewhere in barcelona that isn't. The double glazed windows and shutters block out most of the night time noisy. The square below is a nice view and great to listen to whilst taking...

I spent 4 nights at El Jardi, a cute little hotel, located in possibly the best location in Barcelona. It does not hit you at first, but spend a few nights and you realize what an awesome location it is. A few walking minutes away from the Las Ramblas (the central artery) of Barcelona, nestled in one of the prettiest...
