My wife and I stayed at Hostal Oliva for three nights in early October. It was perfect for us. We'd asked for a quite room off the street, which was not a problem. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, great stay. Very friendly owners and staff.

But then with the location being on the 4th floor with no guest having a key to the main door into the hostal - you have to ring the bell and they let you in (24 hr) -the only likely problem would be from other guests.
