The building is located in the Raval Quarter, in the Ciutat Vella district. It is superbly located on the Av. Drassanes, 23-25, which is in the old city center, right in the heart of Barcelona, a few minutes walk from Las Ramblas, Port Vell, the cruise terminals at the port, the Maremagnum leisure area and the Paral.Lel theatre district. Andante Hotel is a 3* establishment, practical, modern and inexpensive, with 134 rooms over 10 floors, with different types available: Doubles, Triples, Family, Singles, with a Balcony, with Panoramic Views and for the disabled. All rooms are exterior rooms. The hotel provides an outdoor plunge pool, free Wi-Fi, Internet corner 24h, luggage storage room, late check-out room, reception 24h and gym. It also offers buffet breakfast with "show cooking". It has a large terrace and a self-service microwave and vending machines for drinks, snacks and sandwiches.
All our rooms have been renovated in July 2021.

Absolutely nothing but praise for this fantastic hotel, the staff are incredible and a credit to the hotel. Arrived at 10am hoping to leave our luggage and was able to check in early and made us feel so welcome. The room was extremely spacious with a huge huge bed and was spotlessly clean. Amazing views of the city from the rooftop pool. The location of the hotel is perfect, we walked almost everywhere. It was my husbands birthday and we didn’t mention this but we received a note asking him to go to reception to receive a surprise, which was a lovely tin of chocolates. Such a kind unexpected gesture. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations and deserves to be rated higher. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Another great stay at Andante. Great design, excellent breakfast with outdoor seating, comfortable rooms and the friendliest staff in Barcelona. The hotel is very clean, the beds are great and the showers are big.

Very helpful friendly staff, giving directions, help with how to book tours, rooms were big and clean, rooftop pool was clean and has a beautiful view of the city. The gym is clean. A large room with lockers to keep your bags if you arrive early or have a late flight and want to see more on your last day. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Andante. The room was lovely and modern and as it was on the 10th floor, it was quiet. The bathroom as great as was the shower. The staff were very professional & friendly. As we visited in February, we didn’t make use of the pool & terrace but the views from it are spectacular & it must be fantastic in the height of summer. Although the area around the hotel isn’t the best, (like many cities it is sad to see so many homeless people on the streets), it was just a few minutes to the Drassanes metro station, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. We felt safe at all times. Breakfast was very enjoyable, plenty of hot & cold choice and all very fresh. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Barcelona. We’ll be back!

Lovely stay here in January and returning again in May. Lovely and clean, very friendly helpful staff, nice outdoor areas at the hotel and lovely view from the rooftop. Perfect location, very close to Las Ramblas and walk along the beach.

Nice hotel in a central place bear metro and de Ramblas. Personel very nice in the restaurant aswolken as the reception. On the top of the hotel there is a swimmingpool with a fantastisch view. For Januari it was to cold for a swim.
