We were in this hotel in December 2016, chose this place because of its great location and cheap price. The staff were very kind to us and helped with everything, the room was great, a little bit loud because of the constructions in the street. 10 minutes walk from the placa Catalonia and the metro. Down the street theres a...

We chose this hotel for our 3 day break for it's excellent location. Close to metro, gothic quarter and place Catalina. We hired a car(cheaper than getting a taxi to/ from the airport!) and had inclusive parking at this hotel. Initially allocated a 3rd floor room facing the front which was noisy but on request we were moved to a...

Stayed here for 2 nights prior to a cruise on the 7th May. Bit reluctant as it was bought as a package with the cruise about staying in a 3 star hotel but it was a pleasant surprise. Ideal location to walk to all the sites. Hotel and bedrooms were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Read a review that the...

Hotel is in a great location, Good room with nice bathroom. Spotlessly clean, good quality bedding and towels. Staff were uniformly polite and helpful. Minor complaints - pool is a bit small (I suppose this shouldn't have been a surprise, as this is a city centre hotel) and breakfast seems a little pricy - almost same price as the set...

Pros: - Great location to Plaza Catanuya, where the city center, meeting points are. - Staff is friendly - Clean and comfortable, good room size Cons: - To dial the front desk, you must dial "9" instead of "0", which is not intuitive. I would stay there again if I am in Barcelona.

My family stayed there after our Mediterranean cruise. The very small lady at the front desk wearing glasses was very rude when we first arrived, but the remainder of the staff was fine. The halls are small, dark and a little creepy, but the lobby and pool area are lovely. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom...

Over-priced, rude staff. Only thing good about this hotel is the location! Breakfast was included, but limited, except for some good breakfast sweets! Fruit served was canned fruit cocktail! Rooms were sparse! Stayed there 1 night before cruise and one night after cruise! Not a good experience!

Small rooms with no coffee or tea provided. No iron. No help with luggage. One tiny pillow for each bed (You can't even relax or read because you cant prop up your back with pillows and there's no other seating besides a hard desk chair) Rude young lady who made us jump through hoops after SHE forgot the give us...

Staff very helpful & we were upgraded to a terrace room which was very clean, spacious and well set out. In the heart of the city very close to La Ramblas & the port. Easy access by Metro. Meals quite expensive but you can choose 1/2 meals at 1/2 the cost(starter & main course or main course and pudding), water,...
