I've paid almost 70 euros for the room. It was like a five star hotel room. the gym is not a big deal. small room. though I could run once there also, I could get a better fare on Expedia than their own price for a night.

Great reception , high confort, top breakfast and good service! I stayed one week and could also take a bath in the outside pool and some sunny moments at sun terrace with a cold beer from the minibar. The Hotel has a sauna too, combined with som fitness equipment. I will get back soon maybe in private. Thanks Rudolf

We stayed here in 2016 on a trip to Barcelona with our daughter and chose this hotel again as we knew the location. At check-in they have Cava and sparkling water for guests but we were offered nothing. Room #140 was dark, no opening windows and noisy. The shower in the bathroom flooded the floor with every use and the sink didn’t drain (they did fix the sink issue). Beds were good made up each day but they say they are an eco- friendly hotel yet they changed our towels daily despite them being hung up signalling no need to refresh. We didn’t take the breakfast as it was 15 Euros per person and there were great options close by. Our bill was paid in full through Bookings.Com yet they also pre charged our credit card more money after the full payment which they said would be refunded at check out. When leaving I advised them my tweezers were missing and the attendant simply said oh, the maid must have taken them and shrugged. If we are ever back to Barcelona we’ll definitely stay elsewhere.…

Please know that we still offer a complimentary bottle of wine when you book directly on our website. Additionally, we are concerned to hear that you felt your room was a bit dark and that you were disturbed. If you had let us know of such issues at the time we would have done our best to find a comfortable solution for you. We are equally sorry for the inconvenience caused by the sink but are pleased that we promptly fixed this for you. We will have our maintenance team look into the issue with the shower. As an eco-friendly hotel, we take our environmental responsibilities seriously, and we apologize if our housekeeping team did not follow the towel replacement policy correctly. The charge to your credit card was a pre-authorization which the majority of hotels apply, this is a reserved amount to guarantee the booking but is not debited to your account. Once you have settled your account for your stay this amount is usually released but it may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Furthermore, while we do our best to keep our prices competitive we regret that you were not entirely satisfied in this regard. However, we do offer packages that include breakfast, please do let us know your preference on your next visit. Lastly, we are sorry to hear about your missing tweezers and the response you received from our staff. We have been visiting Barcelona several times the last 10 years and stayed at many different hotels, and this is without a doubt the hotel with the lowest value for money. Really hard and uncomfortable beds, very noisy hotel and absolutely no sound isolation so when the neighbors at the same floor walks in and out their rooms, it’s sounds like their are coming in and out of your one. Neither was there any babycrib to borrow to the room. The breakfast was a poor, very small buffet with food standing out in room temperature for several hours without any cooling elements for the food safety. With a hotel named “suites” we really had hoped for more.

Beautiful, very big room, spotless throughout and very comfortable beds. Reception staff super friendly and helpful as well as the room service staff. Very close to everything and nice area. The only thing that could be improved would be a kettle for tea and coffee making.

Thanks to Juan and his well trained staff, our family enjoyed 10 nights in this hotel. Nothing was too much for them! We loved our room, 544 and 543 which had plenty of space and very comfortable beds and linens. I enjoyed coming back to a cleaned room daily. We did not buy breakfast feature as it was more exciting to go out daily and find cafes and coffee shops for cafe con leche avena (oat milk which was used everywhere!) and croissant or cheese sandwiches on amazing seeded baguettes). We like staying in more residential areas in large cities- happy to visit the saturated touristy areas and then happier to come back to peace and quiet. The hotel is well priced for what you get. We enjoyed the robes, slippers, used the safety deposit box, mini bar used as a fridge. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel and the main train station is a 15 minute walk. There is a pool they looked lovely but too cold for us to use. I would stay here again for location, customer service and price. It felt like home away from home. …

This hotel looks a nice one and I booked it based on the reviews but I wasn't happy with my stay. It is expensive when comparing with other hotels in the area. My room was in the first floor which makes It very noisy for me. I was hearing everything happening in the hall and kitchen which makes it uncomfortable for me.

The family room in this hotel is very spacious. It is actually a two bedroom with two bathroom suite. Fully equipped. There is no kitchen though. The beds are very comfortable and the room is quiet at night. We all can enjoy good sleeps at night. The sheets in the beds are not with high thread counts. But acceptable. The front desk is friendly and helpful.
