We stayed here in August 2015 for four nights. Excellent location near the Metro in the L'Exiample district. The room fits all your needs efficiently. There is one wardrobe closet, but not a lot of flat surfaces for all the things you travel with. Ended up using one night table to hold a carry-on bag. The staff were very friendly...

Great location for tourist sites. Friendly and helpful service. Parking a nightmare to find but safe. Stayed in small double which was clean and nicely decorated , contemporary and smart. Maybe too small for other than 1 night. Only downside was the constant rumble from the underground trains below and the restaurant until about 12am.

this very small B & B is modern but it retains the old world charm from the two person elevator to the roll down steel shutters. The breakfast is more than excellent, the owners are so nice and accommodating. We arrived at 7:30am off a cruise ship and they looked after our luggage until check in and gave us breakfast....

Everything here was absolutely sparkling, the staff were approachable and friendly and the breakfast buffet far exceeded expectations. The rooms are quite and well air conditioned- which is appreciated when you stay in July! The location was ideal with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance alongside a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. I definitely recommend...

Not luxurious but very functional and affordable option in Barcelona. Rooms are small, over viewing a patio, therefore very quiet. Great location, on the edge of the busy touristic district. All attractions are within walking distance without suffering from the big crowds of tourists. Service and attention are FANTASTIC. Very friendly staff, eager to provide any kind of help. Breakfast...

I have pick it up this B&B for pre-cruise and post-cruise stay. Cost us from the airport to the hostel 35 euros for taxi. When we arrived driver was looking for big sign but I was well prepared and knew that only sigh was at the calling box. Staff was so friendly and helpful, we arrived 9AM and they hold...

This is a fantastic bed and breakfast. We stayed at the forget me not plus, changed from our original booking and at no extra cost. The room was very clean, huge and comfortable. Very good air conditioning. The breakfast was simple but did the job. The staff were really what made the place. So friendly and helpful all the time...

Stayed at forgetmenotplus whilst my husband was at a conference in Barcelona and having made the decision after ploughing through hundreds of hotels and b&bs I'm so glad we found this one! I arrived later than my husband but upon his check in everything was explained, the area, where to eat etc. it really saved us a lot of time...

Hidden away on the first floor of a leafy street this was a great find as a base for exploring Barcelona. We paid for all the options - breakfast, kettle/tea making things. Immaculately clean and well presented, with hosts who were welcoming. Its located near a couple of metro stations, it cost us 35 euro for the transfer by taxi...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
