What's good about the place?? Everything. Good location - it's in close proximity to a couple of metro lines. Also walking distance from some major commercial centres and touristy places. Staff was really helpful. Evy actually helped me plan a quick day-trip to some of the more touristy places. I used the remaining days of my stay to visit the...

Stayed at this quaint little hipster hostel with our whole family. Easy access to everywhere and very helpful, down to earth staff. Very neat and clean with easy free access to wifi (and computers if you don't have one with you). Would stay there again.

The staff at Primavera totally make the experience. They are so welcoming and helpful, even cooking a free dinner (with wine!) for guests once a week. The rooms are a bit noisy from other guests and traffic close by, so you'll want ear plugs. The shared bathrooms are cleaned frequently and well arranged so that you're almost never left waiting...

The staff here were really friendly and the hostel had a very welcoming vibe. We were in a shared room for the first night and a private for our second and both were great. I would definitely recommend it.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Primavera hostel recently. I had communicated with them via email before and from their friendly and helpful replies I knew our stay would be pleasant. We were greeted by the most joyful of staff and immediately felt at home with help with the locations we wanted to visit. Our room was a delight, so...

This amazing hostel in Barcelona is away just enough from the 'tourist areas' to allow you peace, quiet, and local prices. Walking distance from The Sagrada Familia, you will still not notice the hordes of people usually thronging the church. I was surprised when I turned a corner and saw this huge line to enter the place (Sagrada familia, not...

That's really very good hostel with nice and helpful staff, clean and quite big rooms, one common living room, 2 well-equipped kitchens, a few bathrooms. Localization is also good, 3 minutes from metro and 20 minutes by walk from La Rambla. The only disadventage is quite big noise outside as the hostel is located 100m from cross of 3 big...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
