Very difficult communication and unprofessional reception. After 7 months they still did not return the prepaid deposit. Although everything is clear, they keep requesting for all kind of proof, and refuse to pay back. Absolute disgrace! Apartment was ok and well situated.

Fantastic find, right near Passieg de Gracia, train station only 5 min walk, easy walk to the Sagrada Familia. The apartments are new, well appointed, secure, safe, quiet and comfortable. We stayed as a group of 4, had a master bedroom and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very comfortable and had an innerspring mattress. We stayed for 5 nights and... More

Ok, so the apartment was nice. We had a one bedroom apartment. Pros- close to lots of sights in the city, in a nice part of Barcelona, well equipped kitchen (and I did cook an excellent meal one night), comfy bed. Cons- I paid for cleaning service with my booking- was under the impression this was daily cleaning and a... More

Late review but we stayed in November 2015 It's in a great location and the apartment itself was large, light and roomy. We loved the place. We arrived and rung the staff who showed us around. We also had a welcome pack which included the necessities. It is very homely and in a great position to get around. The weather... More

First the good parts: the location is very central, the size decent, and the apartments are well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and cable TV. The cleaning and housekeeping ladies (who are not Spanish and probably from Central America) are pleasant and helpful. And here are the bad parts: the people running it and their Catalan attitude really needs... More

We stayed at the apartment for one week and chose it because of the kitchen and the location. Very close to Passeig de Gracia and to the metro it is easily accessible. The building itself is not hard to find either. We were lucky to find someone at the reception when arriving at 5pm and were quickly shown the apartment... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
