We liked the spacious room. When booking four person rooms in Europe, at least at the price points we were using, they often just added two portable beds. This leaves you tripping over backpacks just trying to get to the bathroom. This was not a...More
Stopped here on an over night in Barcelona and for €50 it was good value. You get what you pay for really but it was clean and the staff friendly. Good location just off la rambla with everything you need on hand. Our bed quite...More
Nice little hotel a block from Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Boqueria Market, metro stations and many other places. Staff nice, the room was spacious and clean and the AC cold (is HOT in Barcelona during summer).

Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day
forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
