Nice hotel , small rooms but get what you pay for, it's clean which is the main thing and good distance to centre, reviews saying it's far away from the main bit but only far away if you're lazy as far as I'm concerned , 20-30 walk at a leasurly pace

My friend and I stayed here at the week-end. Less than 5 mins walk from the Metro (Hospital Clinic. If you come out onto Carrer del comte D'urgell exit, walk up the street with the Escola Industrial on your left, cross the road and the hotel is just on your left). Lovely cafes, restaurants and bars all close by. Rooms...

Hotel services have low quality regarding: -room space is very small -beds are twins only even if we have booked a room with matrimonial bed; -noise in the room when sleeping from other rooms One big advantage is the location near metro and the relative center position & cleanness.

Hotel was fine but a little run down, shower was broken and cupboard doors needed fixing or replacing. The room was serviced daily with clean towels though. Wifi was good but it was difficult to leave things to charge while you were out of the room as the power went off without the card being present. Room was hot and...

We stayed at the Sunotel Junior for 4 nights. It is around a 20 minute walk from the main station (Sants station, 3 train stops from the airport on the R2 line (the only line serving the airport). The hotel is in a residential location, with a good selection of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was small but...

Only thing that let it down for me was that the room was too hot but the staff were more than happy to try and make it cooler. It was set to 27 degrees when we got there, way too hot to sleep in. Staff very friendly and helpful, clean and tidy, modern look and compact but perfect for the...

Stay here for 3nights through a groupon deal. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Rooms were basic but for the money i thought it was really good value. Comfy double bed, hot shower, cleaned daily, iron on request (although no ironing board). 5minute walk to the metro which is so easy to use. We used the metro to and...

Room was small but compact. I was very impressed with bed, had a best night sleep in a long time. No kettle provided, TV has just Spanish chanels, bathroom needs an update as there was no ventilation. I would stay there again as it was relatively cheap and good location.

A small basic hotel but value for money really clean with comfy beds and excellent shower. We spent 2 nights here on a voucher deal a d it exceeded our expectations. Room wise think a Travelodge standard but really powerful shower, it was small but all you needed even some English channels on the TV which was nice after a...

We bought this on a Groupon deal so I wasn't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. We didn't spend much time at all in the hotel as we were only here for two nights. However what time we did spend in was fine. The hotel is clean and that's the most important thing for me when staying anywhere. It...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
