The family suite had a double bed n a bunk bed, though the bunk bed was a little small for my teen. Lots of room for luggage. We could keep all our 4 luggage opened and with sufficient room to walk. Plus for my kids was each room had a laptop. They didn't need to 'fight' over ours. I really...

Dear guest, First, I'd like to thank you for choosing us for your stay in Barcelona. We are pleased to read that the hotel met your expectations although certain details were not to your liking. As you said, we have family rooms large enough so that our guests have a wonderful time with their teens, as well as an excellent...

We stayed at Petit Palace Museum‏ for 2 nights in June. First off, the staff (especially the front desk) was super friendly and helpful. Helped out with dining, directions, tax etc. The location is also great. Close to La Rambla and other sites. During our stay, they had free breakfast as well. Room had a laptop and free internet access....

Travelling with a family of five (2 adults and children ages 17, 14, and 9) can be a challenge. The Petit Palace Museum had a room to accomodate all of us. In addition to a king size bed, the room had two bunk beds and set up a roll-away for us. Our room had a huge jacuzzi bath in the...

We recently stayed in the Petit Palace Museum, which exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and had a huge bed and a jacuzzi bath. The bonus was the provision of a laptop in the room and wireless internet connection. Breakfast was included and was acceptable, although I have had better. The staff were very friendly and helpful and...

We stayed at the Petit Palace Museum in Barcelona when we needed a place for one night at the end of a cruise. I chose this property because of it's location and it had rooms that were large enough to accommodate my entire family in one room (2 adults and 2 kids ages 10 & 13). What I liked: The...

We were at Majestic Hotel and we had to leave because we extended our stay in Barcelona and had to change hotels. We found this hotel online and read some good reviews so we were planning on staying for 3 nights at the Petit Palace Museum. I don't know how we managed to spend one night over there and checked...

Just a short walk to more than one metro stop, Placa Catalunya, Rambla and more. Very quiet! The room had two set of thick glass doors that nearly stopped all outside sound from penetrating. The room was pretty fantastic but could use some small fixes (like a torn curtain, broken bathroom light, and worn chair). The staff was extremely friendly...

Just returned from our holiday, family of 4 with 2 children aged 10 and 7. This hotel has everything! Staff are very pleasant and helpful and our family room was amazing, the hotel is close enough to all the amenities and ideal to catch the Metro to other places. We were made to feel very welcome and they have free...

This was a nice hotel which was well located for the sites. Was clean and reception staff were polite and helpful. I agree with another reviewer, the decor is really, really dark but that is a minor quibble. It was comfortable and reasonably priced. My favourite thing was the free use laptop in the room itself and the lovely big...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
