I am slightly reluctant to review because I want the apartment to be free next time I want to return. We are just finishing a five night break here, the apartment is a perfect retreat, very comfortable, spacious, and with touches of brilliance. I like...More

We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your time in Barcelona and have clearly fallen in love with our 39 Steps apartment.
We find the little extras make all the difference to our guests. What better way than to start the day with...More
What a super find , we stayed here after staying at the Rotunda in Birmingham a few times and this apartment is owned by them . You step off the bus and within 5 minutes or less you are in the room , super location...More

Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day
forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
