Modest rooms but clean and in an excellent location!!! Just steps from the Cathedral and 3 minutes walk from the Jaume metro station. 15 minutes walk to the beach! In the heart of the Goti neighborhood, 10 minutes walk to the Las Ramblas!

The hostal is very poor in rooms and facilities but it's quite tidy, the staff is kind and towels and linen are clean. The room was very little and the window opened on an inner space, so we had a view on a wall. The TV was old and the bed small but confortable. The price was not very cheap...

The family that run it are very friendly, although there is a slight language barrier you can easily get by with a slight knowledge of spanish/even a dictionary. As for the favilities we had a private room for two. Very nice and cosy and is tidied every...

I couldn't sleep all the night .. and couldn't even open the window.. I wanted to cry... and...

The location of this hostel is very good, 4min to Ramblas, 5 min to the sea, and 10 min to plaza catalunya. there are few restaurant, bars and clubs and supermarkets that are open till late around the area....

I agree that this is one of the cheaper hotels in Barcelona and the security of the building was very good. Unfortunately I dont think it is suitable for mid age to older travellers due to the noise, unsafe neighbourhood at night and the several flights of stairs to climb with luggage. We checked out early and the lady who...

The rooms are small and pretty basic, but it's pretty clean and decent. Wifi did not work in the room, but it was ok in the lobby. The staff is helpful. One thing I did not like - was feeling smoke in the morning as if someone was smoking just next to the room, other than that i would recommend...
