A hotel that requires a lot of renewal for its four stars.
The staff is kind and caring. We just spent the night and left. Its location is ideal for walking around Ceuta.
My room overlooked the main street but with the double glazing you don't hear any external noise

The hotelā€™s location in the city centre is its best feature. The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, however, breakfast staff seemed stressed, unprofessional and rude so that we simply went to have breakfast elsewhere. Breakfast is included but you choose between either sweet: an old pastry or savoury: a bread roll with ham, olive oil, tomatoes. One drink per person is included but again very limited choice. The rooms are in a bad state of repair, very old, the wardrobe is an absolute joke and doesnā€™t provide space for 3 people or even only 2. The beds are of course twin beds and not double like in a lot of Spanish hotels. There was a nice little separate alcove set up with a bed for our daughter with her own light switch, ceiling ventilation and own TV - very appealing for elder children. The air con was very efficient and there was a quiet setting which made it possible to keep the air conditioning running without being disturbed at night. The view was good even though we had a week of levanter. The hotel is not family friendly. The swimming pool was ok but water cold as no sun reached it. The pool was only open between 4 and 6 in the afternoon which was a disappointment but the pool was in any case not an attractive area to stay for longer than 1 hour. There was no bar near the pool and the atmosphere was not very welcoming. The bathroom was very old and tiny for 3 people. Shower is in the bath tub and the water pressure is low. The WiFi was great throughout our stay. I travel a lot and this is no way a 4 star hotel. Itā€™s not accessible for wheelchair users and even with a pram you struggle to fit into a lift. The hotel could be great but really needs a total revamp and modernisation throughout. At the moment this hotel is max 3 stars.

Due to the fire in Puerto de Africa, I was rebooked into this hotel. My room was rather small and only averagely clean. Air conditioning only worked on one setting, full ventilation and very cold.
Breakfast was basic, staff overwhelmed. No plates or bowls, tables were not cleared, selection rather spartan and officially only available from 8:30 a.m.
Room very thinly soundproof, you can hear the beds squeaking
Very centrally located in the pedestrian zone

If you want to eat your breakfast at 10:30 because you are traveling through, you are told that it is not possible because you are late while other people are still eating. Then you are not intended for the hotel industry. I paid for a room with breakfast and you are simply refused and nothing is refunded for the breakfast.

possible to rest in this hotel.

People smoking in the rooms, night parties... It's a youth hostel... A real horror for people who come to disconnect, travel or work. The rooms are connected to each other and separated by a lockable door. Soundproofing doesnā€™t exist and you end up participating in parties without wanting to and smoking tobacco and other things from the smoke of the neighbors. The worst hotel nights I've ever had...

If your thoughts are to come to Ceuta, look for another option, and if you come with children, do not think about it.

Nor do they provide a solution at reception and the staff is unprofessional. If this hotel depends on a "medioquƩ" hotel chain, stop lazy and take a walk around Ceuta

AWFUL. In my life something like this has happened in a hotel, this hotel is claimed to the OCU, the facilities all old and dirty, the staff a shame most, in my room as they did not clean it I requested that someone go up and the person of the superb and rude cleaning treated me terrible, left without making the room. Later in the night, cockroach nest in my room, at 4 in the morning my suitcase in the hallway taking out my personal belongings to change rooms. I could write my lines, because this is the summary and the fattest thing about everything that happened to us, but a real shame. They did not give us solution, the manager (who at the weekend nobody helps you), called us on the phone, and they have not listened to us, either with complaint or in any way.

Good location, lacks parking and since it is located on a pedestrian street, luggage transfer is not easy. The room is noisy, at least the ones facing the port. You can see that the hotel has gone through better times, the furniture is really worn out. Poor cleaning.

Excellent location on the pedestrian street of Ceuta, 5 minutes walk from the marginal where the ferry or helicopter arrives. Room with two large single beds and great for rest. Large bathroom and with shower without door, which does not heat the compartment. Air conditioning and mini bar

Excellent hotel in terms of facilities and very very comfortable.
Well located in the city center
Parking facilities
Quiet and very clean
The people you talk to are lovely (housekeeper, waiters, etc.).
A nod to our cleaning lady who was very very very friendly and had a smile every day. And also to the bartender who was adorable with our daughters who have particular tastes for breakfast, he knew how to adapt and he was always beaming with us.
A first where we had trouble leaving the hotel because the employees were so friendly.

The only negative point: we were on the top floor and on the side of the second room with 2 separate beds (for our children) the window was not secure and opened onto a courtyard my 3 year old child managed to open it very easily with the bed placed underneath. So we had to move the bed towards the door to avoid an accident.

We arrived at the hotel and everything was fine. Our surprise was when we entered the room, the unmade bed, the bathroom towels on the floor, the trash bin... I mean, we had been assigned an uncleaned room. We call reception and put us on hold, I call from my personal phone and if they catch it. They change our room and the thing is not there, all this happened around 22:00h. Well already in a room that is apparently clean I decide to take a shower and what was the surprise, no hot water fell!!! They are great details that measures the quality of the place, is its main service. For personal reasons, he travelled to Ceuta a lot and I have never had bad experiences in other hotels in this city.

I think so as I saw a leaflet on massages, but it wasn't cheap, I seem to remember. I would imagine it had a spa, it looked that kind of hotel, but it's not what we were interested in.
