Excellent hotel, spacy clean and well designed lobby and rooms (our room had a fancy Zebra design ). Situated in the city centre - good place to walk from there. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, excellent hotel for a stay in Vigo.

The whole place has so much character and style, it's charming. Staff warm, helpful and generally efficient. Some carpets in hallways a little stained but all good quality furnishings to start with, solid hardwoods with sturdy door fittings etc. Bathrooms have excellent working showers and also bidets, some baths have jacuzzi function. Restaurant service very good, had one cooked meal...

Stayed here in transit. Arrived late and too tired for dinner. Room was ideal - everything one could have wished for. Breakfast was adequate. A high number of contractors using hotel as lodgings - breakfast room was very busy. Staff were very pleasant and couldn't do enough to oblige. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is placed near the harbour and city center, short walk to both. Room was avarage but nice and clean with litle noise from the street, so that is a plus. Nice visit at this hotel. I've been there for 5 days for a working trip. The structure is good and fresh. The room is OK and the bathroom (with bidet) looks a bit old. Everything is well cleaned and the service is good. The water in the room is free of charge.

We could not ask for a better place to stay, close to the water, restaurants and downtown Vigo. All within a 2 to 5 minute walk. The rooms were a nice size and all of the utilities worked like they are supposed to. The service was very good as well as the breakfast. Step out of the hotel and you'll...

We stayed here 1 night breaking out train from Porto through to San Sebastián. The welcome is very warm and helpful with lots of information about the city. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Price on a special deal was good too. There is a good size safe in the room which can fit a laptop.
