Business area but relatively close to metro and train (10min) and with a bus station (bus 150) in front of hotel that goes to center. For us it was better than in the center of Madrid where it gets crowded and noisy. I recommend it if you like to be active and close to the airport.

Pedro is one of the best staff I met in 2022 in Spain. Great attitude and very informative. He speaks good clear English and very patience handling his hotel guests- one man operation from the morning check out - non stop. Short stay, average breakfast, the location isn't that great, if one has an event in IFEMA one can stay in the Castellana/Chamartín region and it would take you the same time to arrive there, but at least you won't be in the middle of nothing

The staff were excellent, especially Pedro on the desk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice and was well stocked. Bus right outside that takes you to the City Center. Overall great value. Would recommend.

We spent a couple of days here. Already stayed in Torre Madrid and Imagine from the same Barceló group. This hotel is located in some sort of business park with nothing in the close vicinity. Sleep was not easy since the walls are paper thin and I heard people talking in the corridors, slamming doors and water running from the bathroom. I didn’t sleep much at all. Breakfast is nice with a good selection. The hotel looks a bit dated with scuff marks on most surfaces. If you have a choice, I would try another hotel.

The hotel is 20 minutes walking from several services such as banks, bars, restaurants, Corte Inglés and other. There are also stations on a 20 min walk of metro ligero and train (cercanias). It is the perfect point if you are on transit in Madrid as it is quite near the airport and it avoids all the busy traffic in the center.
