excellent location with many good restaurants in the neighborhood. I felt welcome as from the moment I set foot into the hotel. Very cosy and customer friendly. The quality of the bed was outstanding. The room was very clean and comfortable. With a small balcony even. Breakfast is amazing; so is the staff. A really good choice if you visit Madrid; either for business or for leisure purposes.

Prime location close to all the Madrid activities, surrounded by some of the city best restaurants, this is the place to stay and if you're traveling with your kids they're one of the few Hotels in Salamanca that has family rooms. Also awesome staff focused on customer service , Veronica,Amelie,Rebeca , Enrique,Mike,Patricia and some others I don't remember their names , they all treated us like family , from now on this will definitely be our place to stay in Madrid. Thanks to all the staff for making this stay a wonderful experience.

We spent two nights at the Wipton in Januay 2023 with our 2 year old daughter. The staff was super friendly and attended all our needs at all time, room stylish and clean. The food in the restaurant and at the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay at the Wipton again when we go to Madrid.

Super comfortable hotel. Nice rooms that are well equipped. The hotel is in an excellent location in a very elegant part of Madrid. You will find great restaurants in the vicinity and nice shops. I especially recommend the restaurant next to the hotel on the corner. Staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommended!!

Excellent hotel, centrally located within Barrio Salamanca. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well maintained. The bed and pillows are as good as they can be. Most important, the hotel’s staff (Amelie, Agustin, Andres, Veronica, Patricia, Gema and Daniela) makes you feel at home. Excellent service and hospitality. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I come back to Madrid. Keep up the excellent work!

The hotel is in the best location. Room is spacious smells really good and has a good view. However the best best best part is the service. All staffs are friendly and helpful but especially Rebecca and the trainee Andres they are SUPER and went out of their ways to make sure everything is perfect from recommending the places helping with the rechargeable metro cards to getting my luggage in n out for like ten times without even a frown. I would return just for the staffs!!!!

We stay here once a year. Staff is always super friendly. Very clean hotel. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of the best area in Madrid, so you can walk to everything. The hotel is not too big and is simply very cosy. We will be back again.

Excellent location for those who love shopping and good food . The staff was very friendly and the hotel has a very nice concept . Metro is nearby and is only 15 minutes away the old town . Very nice breakfast . Unfortunately internet signal was very weak but overall highly recommended.
