Great location it is at the very heart of Madrid. Great place to rest after a long days of walking at the center of Old Madrid. Access to every thing. The room is small, cozy, practical, minus some comfort that you might be looking for. They have great staff; Thank you Peter and David for that warm Madridian Hospitality. I’m sure I will be back to learn more of the Spanish Culture and to see the beauty of Madrid.

Small rooms. You cannot fit the toilet it is that small! No fridge! At breakfast you are allowed to eat 2 slices of bread and butter and jam!! Amina was really helpfull but other lady receptionist was so rude to us! Rooms are not seeing the outside, only inside of the building.

We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid. The room, although not very big, was very well designed and suited our needs perfectly. In addition, staff were always extremely nice and helpful, and the location of the hotel is great: close to attractions such as Mercado de San Miguel, and the metro is just a minute away. Only thing to note is that the walls are a bit thin and sometimes we could hear people talking in the hallway. Overall highly recommended, will return if in Madrid again.

Great value for money. The staff in reception was super friendly and will do their best to accommodate any requests. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but they can order breakfast for you from a bar near the area and will serve it with coffee for 3.5 EUR. Location cannot be any more central so also plenty of choices around if you rather eat out.

Excellent hotel in a great location a few minutes walk to the nearest metro train station. I stayed in a one bed room - it was well decorated & was a good sized room. Location wise it is located close to many attractions, restaurants, shops etc as it really is very central. Although it is centrally based the hotel was not noisy & I had a good nights sleep!

A great little apartment with really friendly staff offering support 24/7 if needed. The room decor and layout was trendy and modern, with comfy beds and also very clean. Perfect location, a few steps away from a metro station, as well as restaurants, cafes and shops. Great value for money.

8 / 10Excellent "Swish, trendy boutique lil'gem; more like a hotel" **EXCELLENT VALUE! LIKE A 4* HOTEL!** BUT *VEGETARIANS/VEGANS BEWARE OF BREAKFAST!* Staff incrediblely lovely & amicable, especially Horatio; generous with tips & go out their way to help Felt like i was in 4* hotel: decor of room & reception trendy, modern, felt very 'designer', lil'quirks like ck out room numbers. Gorgeous smell in reception - class toiletries that matched this. Bed SUPER comfty! Luxurious rainbow shower Super clean everywhere! Lifts for ppl in their later yrs GORGEOUS: BOOK HERE!!! ******************************* **VEGGIES/VEGANS - DO NOT BOOK BREAKFAST!** this brought my rating from 5 to 4. Yes, we know it's in your culture, we simply choose not to go in. BUT when you are SENT there because it is the breakfast place of your residences- you have no choice. It's full on, offensive for us. Like animal legs sticking in air attached to machines as part of 'decor': really really distressing for ppl like us. Yes they have a tomato/olive bread option that was nice & good value, but couldn't enjoy it due to environment. Management; you MUST ask (specifically guests from LDN/NYC etc) whether they are vegetarian. It's not our job to inform you as being veggie is around 30-40% ppl now. And you don't expect to be sent to a jambon joint when you are just wanting a bog standard, generic hotel breakfast: you get my point? @emmypathy : travel & mental health vlog.

The hotel is right in the heart of Madrid, just blocks away from Puerta del Sol. The room is tiny but clean and the personnel very friendly and informative. Building has an elevator and private bathroom. The bathroom is tiny which for privacy was a bit uncomfortable. Coffee & tea behind lobby in a small room where one can hang out. The hotel offers a discount for a neighboring cafe for breakfast (toast, oj & coffee). Close to many shops, pharmacies, small markets. Great price for location!!!! Quiet at night which is a plus!

Small, modern, clean hotel, definitely worth the price. Staff was lovely and held out bags for us before and after our check-in/check-out times. No problem communicating in English or Spanish. It is a perfect location-we walked everywhere from the hotel without a problem. You can see into the shower stall from the room, so be aware of that if it's something that concerns you. We would happily return to stay here on a budget!
