We had an amazing experience here. The location is great, the room was spacious, full of light and really comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We parked in a garage a few blocks from the hotel that had a special rate for hotel guests. I will definitely be staying here again!

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast - we felt great during our stay. Well located in the center of Madrid and most sights can be reached on foot. Nearby can be found a lot of good restaurants. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, rooms are nice and quiet. Was really surprised to have a laptop in the room: the idea appeared to be new to me, but extremely practical. Also I liked a patio very much.

Beautiful renovated building (although too modern if you ask me). But the room was very comfortable, and also silent even in such a noisy neighborhood. It was also really inexpensive, but I'm not sure if I got an unusual deal. No time for breakfast, so I can't comment about it.

Staying in Chueca

Neighbourhood Profile
Chueca
Chueca is the hip, gay neighbourhood of Madrid where many of the streets are narrow and intimate, but where the hustle and bustle and the eclectic storefronts and people give it a distinctly urban feel. The main thoroughfare is Calle Hortaleza and the main square is Plaza Chueca, completely filled with terraza tables serving copas (mixed drinks) during summer. A mixture of trendy and grungy, some of the adult businesses here are explicitly racy in their signage. From the rainbow flags to the signs above the entrances of its many funky bars, to the date spot restaurants, Chueca is a vibrant and colorful place. It's always interesting to explore the different corners of Chueca by day, and by night, the area becomes a major nightlife destination when the clubs open their doors.
