Spacious rooms and good mattress, They have a nice breakfast and rich. don't forget to try Lunch or dinner, they have nice dishes. The bar is also very big, don't miss their wines. I go there every year for a long time now.
Amazing hotel in a really beautiful city clean safe and friendly. So much to see and do the location is great for site seeing. The parks , museums restaurants all so close and a weekend is not long enough to see it all Will be back again soon
From check in to departure the staff at the hotel made me feel welcome and very helpful. The room was always clean and well equipped, the location was excellent: centrally located and in walking distance to many activities, especially shopping. Bed was comfortable and room facing the Gran Via spacious with nice view!
We stayed here for four nights during a Riviera Tours trip to Salamanca and Madrid. Located on Gran Via, the hotel is within strolling distance of the major sights of central Madrid and within a couple of hundred metres of the nearest Metro station. The bedroom was spacious and contained a refrigerator, within which you could place your own drinks, and tea-making facilities. The wardrobes were spacious and easily held 4-5 days of clothing. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of cooked items available together with various cereals, cold meats, fish and cheeses, yogurts, fruit and breads. Churros and chocolate were also available as well as a choice of coffees, teas and fruit juices. All staff were friendly and helpful and able to converse in English. We would not hesitate to stay here again if revisiting Madrid.…
Lovely hotel in a great location on Madrid’s Gran Vía, ideal for exploring the city. The room was well appointed, we didn’t have a view but wasn’t a problem, only there for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had buffet dinner and breakfast, with good choice of dishes. Would consider staying here again.
Beautiful hotel, our room was huge and very beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and professional, and always on hand to help. The bar area is a great place to relax and chill after a busy day I would recommend the location as it’s very central. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel,
We stayed 5 nights in the beginning of August in a Superior Terrace room with Jacuzzi on the 6th floor. This room is in the back of the hotel so it is very quiet and has great views of the Metropolis dome and other notable landmarks. The room also has a closed off vestibule between the main door and the bedroom door, so you don't hear any noise from the outside hall. The bathroom shares this vestibule, so if you use the bathroom at night, you won't disturb your sleeping buddy. The room itself is compact but the high ceiling and the large windows makes it quite bright and airy. The bed is king sized and comfortable. There is a large storage unit with a desk, safe, mini bar fridge and drawers in the wardrobe. The bed was very comfortable and there was a choice of flat pillows and fuller pillows. Interesting for a European hotel room, there was an iron and ironing board. There is a small kettle and a Nespresso machine. The pods are replenished each day. The terrasse is a good size with a four person Jacuzzi with a cover and a small table and 2 chairs. There are bathrobes and slippers provided. And of course, because this hotel is on the Gran Via, I don't need to add that it is in an excellent location. It is in the centre of the main shopping area and the gay district. Puerto del Sol is a few minutes away…
Great location, super clean, great variety and offers in the buffet breakfast. Convenient and tasty restaurant and bar. Kind and friendly service. Only downside is the pool on the roof is tiny, more like a tub and freezing. Those who dared did not stay more than a few minutes. Would stay again for everything else :) Thanks for the great hospitality!
I stayed in the hotel in early August and it was a great experience. The hotel was very nice and the room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was huge and well worth the amount that we paid. The location was handy and close to the museums that we wanted to see. I would recommend this hotel.
Normally this hotel is above our price limit but after a disastrous experience in another hotel we had to move to somewhere near the Gran Via quickly. The hotel reception had plenty of demand so didn't have to accommodate us but they did so graciously and with a smile. The team behind the reception desk - Jaime, Albert, Sergio (forgive me that I don't remember all the names) - were tremendously helpful in booking restaurants and recommending a water park to go to in the searing heat of Madrid in July. The hotel itself is elegant and tasteful and well air conditioned with a nice bar. It is in walking distance of all the main sights in Madrid. The only small observation is that the pool is small but at least - unlike the hotel we left - not horribly overcrowded and has no tacky off street customers. Whenever we used it there was room enough for my daughter to splash around and a residents only policy. Finally the rooms are well designed and smart - we had a sleek room with a pull out bunk bed that our daughter loved and a big bathroom. This hotel rescued our holiday so thank you to management and staff for their professionalism and for running a great hotel in a great location.…
