Upon arrival, we were greeted by wonderful staff. My room wasn't ready so they took my luggage and stored it. The front reception area was very nice. My room was very nice and spacious for myself. Very modern. The bathroom was big and their service was great. Bed was comfortable and I had such a good night sleep. Theres a restaurant downstairs and the food was great. I had breakfast there before leaving. I only stayed at this hotel for one night and the location was quiet and convenient as there was a bus that ran right in front of it. Not too far from anything. I would definitely come back again

Quiet location, within 20-25 minutes walking distance to the centre. Spacious room, really nice bathroom, well-equipped gym, friendly staff. Standard tariff to the airport is 30 Euros, and the taxi rank is right outside the hotel.

I arrived to the hotel late at night since I was meeting a group I was with from Mexico, check in was swift and I just landed in the room and went to sleep, the room was comfortable and warm, in the morning I met the group that were about to leave for the day of touring. The breakfast was very good and tasty as expected, and also by night I had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel, it was very good. For groups the hotel is ideal, but it is located in a residential area, very quiet, since I had business meetings I took public transport from there and very quickly I was in the center of town.

I travel a lot and this is a very poor hotel. The rooms are poorly decorated and in poor order. The Reception and breakfast rooms are too small for such a large hotel and are full of people at all times - so unrelaxing. The breakfast is the worst I have ever had. Simply terrible food, with very limited choice and utterly bland. I would never stay at this expensive place again, nor any NH hotel. The staff are great but so overworked. If I didn't have to stay here on business and have pre-paid, I would leave immediately.

I stayed at this hotel with friends for a 2 night stay. The hotel itself isn't too far from the airport but isn't ideally proximal to the tourist attractions. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom contained a walk in shower which was decent. The breakfast spread was decent and there were freshly made pastries everyday. You could also request to order an omelette but there was no live egg station as such. If you are going to be mainly using this hotel as a base to explore and navigate through Madrid, then it's definitely recommended. There are a few shops and cafes within walking distance. However, if you are looking for something more lively, then I probably would suggest booking elsewhere.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very good hotel,clean rooms,nice service by the staff too. Location is a bit away from plaza mayor and other attractions but was not an issue for us as bus and other modes of transport were right at the hotel doorsteps. There is a very big jogging and multi utility park right in front of the hotel which is very good not seen in other part of Madrid Would definitely recommend staying here

This hotel is a 20 minute walk from Madrid Royal palace and about 15 minute walk from the nearest metro station. If that doesn't bother you, this is a fantastic hotel. Very quiet on the border of the river Manzanares, big room, great shower, healthy breakfast (or less, if you want that ;-)). The neighbourhood invites you for a stroll along the river. The pool was already closed when we went, because of a storm, but it seemed very small.

Never I'll forget this hell, imposible sleep, sound on the night, more 25 degrees, imposible regulate rhe temperature in the room. The food is the quality but the chef is novel. I like de breakfast is cuty.

The hotel was so hot that it felt like a sauna!!! The management claimed that they could not switch the heat to a/c because all the families with children would complain! This seems like an excuse to not take ownership of company policy to switch to heat in the “winter.” Thank goodness that the windows opened. Of course, not helpful when the maid closes them when you’re out exploring the city! Beds were very hard and uncomfortable as well. Staff seemed decent but not overly friendly. Not in an easy to get to location. Very disappointed!

The hotel is well located, very clean and food was very good. What justifies the stars are for the level of service, notably the front desk. I left an item. From initial request to locate it, through complex courier setup + dispatch the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, patient and above all very efficient in supporting me. You can get a bus to the centre from right outside the hotel. Otherwise it about a 15 minute walk. Cathedral and Royal place are very close. A taxi or bus or tour bus are all an option. I walked most of the time. Hope this helps.
There are more places to choose from in the Madrid area.
