Quiet location, within 20-25 minutes walking distance to the centre. Spacious room, really nice bathroom, well-equipped gym, friendly staff. Standard tariff to the airport is 30 Euros, and the taxi rank is right outside the hotel.

Excellent stay, great location, great staff. Big rooms and a very big bed. Quiet at night although the hotel is near the city center. People are very friendly in the hotel. Rooms were clean, bathroom is good, easy to find the hotel on google maps.

Never I'll forget this hell, imposible sleep, sound on the night, more 25 degrees, imposible regulate rhe temperature in the room. The food is the quality but the chef is novel. I like de breakfast is cuty.

Hotel VERY clean and well kept. Room very spacious and cleaned daily. Pool area lovely and not busy throughout the day. (Although didn't open till 12- which I believe to be quite late). Location not great however we never struggled for a taxi and the hotel were helpful to book airport transfers etc. Would stay again if visiting Madrid:)

I travel a lot and this is a very poor hotel. The rooms are poorly decorated and in poor order. The Reception and breakfast rooms are too small for such a large hotel and are full of people at all times - so unrelaxing. The breakfast is the worst I have ever had. Simply terrible food, with very limited choice and utterly bland. I would never stay at this expensive place again, nor any NH hotel. The staff are great but so overworked. If I didn't have to stay here on business and have pre-paid, I would leave immediately.

If you want to have a relaxed, friendly and a good night sleep every night while you're away... this is the Hotel. Staff were always pleasant. Our room was spotless after the cleaning ladies were there. The food always really good.

I stayed at this hotel with friends for a 2 night stay. The hotel itself isn't too far from the airport but isn't ideally proximal to the tourist attractions. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom contained a walk in shower which was decent. The breakfast spread was decent and there were freshly made pastries everyday. You could also request to order an omelette but there was no live egg station as such. If you are going to be mainly using this hotel as a base to explore and navigate through Madrid, then it's definitely recommended. There are a few shops and cafes within walking distance. However, if you are looking for something more lively, then I probably would suggest booking elsewhere.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by wonderful staff. My room wasn't ready so they took my luggage and stored it. The front reception area was very nice. My room was very nice and spacious for myself. Very modern. The bathroom was big and their service was great. Bed was comfortable and I had such a good night sleep. Theres a restaurant downstairs and the food was great. I had breakfast there before leaving. I only stayed at this hotel for one night and the location was quiet and convenient as there was a bus that ran right in front of it. Not too far from anything. I would definitely come back again

A well placed hotel in the centre of Madrid. A quiet area and a pleasant walk along the river opposite. The room was comfortable and well equipped, although for me, not having a kettle in the room was a big issue. I thought at least I’d be able to ask for one but I was told I’d have to pay to upgrade my room just to have the use of a kettle!! I was also very disappointed to be unable to get anything to eat at 0700. I didn’t expect a cooked breakfast but just some fruit or cereal or continental breakfast would have been nice. I had lunch in the restaurant and it was good value and very tasty. Overall the hotel was good and I would recommend it but it is nothing special and could do better.
