The rooms are quite small, but serves its purpose. Beds are great actually, I always sleep very well in them! Bathrooms are made for really short people (I'm 184 cm, not a giant) as the light in the mirror crosses over my face so that I cannot see anything but my body. Hard to style the hair in that condition....

Just off the Paseo La Castellana, within walking distance of the shops of Serrano and on the Metro line to get you anywhere you need. Recently renovated, the Junior Suite room was spacious. I was giv n one with a balcony which was nice, but unfortunately did not have any chairs/table.

The hotel is very basic and doesn't go above and beyond servicewise. It serves its purpose and meets your expectations as a not too expensive well located place to sleep. The standard rooms are very small and the hotel in general is normal.

One of the better hotels i have stayed in Spain. There are no tea/coffee making facility or mini bar but the breakfast is scrumptous. Wifi signal is strong in the room. There are a few steps to carry your luggage up the stair at the front entrance so be prepared. Reception is friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Very comfortable bed and a good sized room for a city centre hotel. All very clean and excellent service. Breakfast was excellent as good as many 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Would be delighted to stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms were in first class condition. A little out of the centre but taxi was reasonable and public transit was easily accessible. A small bakery next door gave a better option for breakfast as the hotel prices were a little steep. Would consider the NH chain in the future.

Recent 5 night stay at this hotel. We booked a standard double room, and on arrival felt the room was a bit small for 5 night stay, so for 22 euros extra a night we got a bigger room. Bed comfortable, coffee pod machine, excellent bathroom. But as usual only one place for one suitcase. Double room, two people, two...
