Great design hotel. Nice view from our room looking out to highway and tower. Swimming pool is clean and calming. The gym is clean and quite complete with the tools and equipment. The food taste good and fresh.

Breakfast: very good Room service: don’t even think about it. Not even for asking water. You have to come down all the way to lobby to buy drinking water from restaurant in the lobby which is much expensive. If you are going to stay there it’s better to buy water from grocery store outside nearby. They don’t pick the call when u are calling from room. I tried many times and then finally decided to go lobby each time when in need of anything Distance from city centre: It’s bit away from all visiting places in city centre but the good thing is you have a bus stop just outside the hotel so you can go city centre by bus easily. A very good hotel in the right location for airport/business and pleasure. Room was very clean and comfortable, and spacious. Restaurant was good as well, and you felt safe with C19 precautions all being observed. Will stay there again.

This was our 2nd stay at this Hotel, our previous stay was 5 years earlier so when we arrived, we was pleasantly surprised to see how different the Hotel looked. A great refurbishment to all guest areas. I would like to thank you for also allowing me to move this booking a year later on a non-refundable rate, we should have visited in Oct ‘20 but the world was a lot more crazier then. All the staff at this Hotel are excellent, from Reception, Restaurant to Housekeeping, every member of staff are professional and do an excellent job, especially Suzanna. Our bedroom was immaculately cleaned every day so the Housekeeping is also spot on at this Hotel. We’ve had yet another great stay and will definitely be back when we visit Madrid again, a great Hotel. Thank you.

Great hotel, friendly employees, nice room Next Metro Station 10-15 minutes away, which can be annoying if you walk it every time you are leaving the hotel. Everything else was fine. We would stay here again.

I had to cancel the trip because of Covid. However, I was not refunded nor received a Voucher to be used. I paid for a service that I didn’t use because of Covid. Not acceptable, it was out of my control.

My family and I visited the Novotel in Madrid. The room was without electricity for an entire night without receiving a single ransom for it. we could not do the necessary bath, air conditioning, cold water with terrible heat in the room. One of my children had an accident in the bathroom due to lack of electricity. Our cell phones without batteries to continue our journey, slow departure, did not say a single apology for our inconvenience (although we are a member of Accor)

Already stayed at Las Ventas this year(July 16). Already said it was more efficient before when offices were just behind desk. For exemple to validate parking. This time asked again for a queen bed minimum and got a standard on a room where the sink was clogged. The menu should be at least in English if not French.

The hotel is recently renovated and it's done very well, a very modern look. The rooms are clean and the service is perfect. Breakfast is very large and has a high quality. the closet metro is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
