Good area if attending a show at the IFEMA Madrid being half way between Centro and the fair. Friendly staff, rooms were OK - comfortable but quite hot. Plus if facing the main street you can clearly hear the buses coming and going...and I was on the 4th floor. Good enough breakfast but a terrible bar in the evening.

We stayed here in late December. Although the room was very spacious and clean, it was extremely hot. The air conditioning is switched off during winter. Every time we opened the windows, they were either closed by the cleaners which was extremely unhelpful or there was way too much traffic noise to even think about falling asleep! We asked o...

It's a fine hotel. Definitely felt a bit overpriced, and the breakfast is terrible... but that's been the norm so far at Spanish hotels. Still getting used to having two single beds pushed together to form a queen, but that's also the norm here. Decent location for corporate purposes, terrible for tourists if you want to see Madrid.

Overall a good stay for the price paid. Location is excellent (across the street from a major metro station). Room was comfortable and clean. Service was prompt and friendly. My only negative is that the property says it has A/C but in the winter you only get hot air coming out of the vents.

Everything was ok during a two night stay. It was a great location for us, as we wanted something close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The metro station is right in front of the hotel so any destination in Madrid is accessible. There is also a bus terminal right in front of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and...

This probably should not be your first choice if you are visiting Madrid solely for pleasure, as it is a fair distance from the traditional tourist areas. Having said that, across the street is a Metro station that will take you anywhere in the city for a small fare. The system is clean, safe and efficient. The hotel seems to...

This is a good choice for the business traveler. My room was small but very comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the floor to ceiling glass and large window that actually opened! not like many city hotels that rely on aircon alone. I enjoyed my view from the 7th floor! Cleaning was good. The hotel is directly...

Arrive early if you want to eat otherwise be prepared to raid the mini-bar. This hotel is in great location if using metro is your thing, but for late night restaurants you will be out of luck. The hotel and staff did not disappoint and the room was clean and nice. The TV was too small for the room, but...

The rooms are very large with a good well thought out space for luggage. It is clean and the staff are very courteous. It is in a business district. You have to catch the taxi from the airport which costs 30 Euros. But the metro station is very close.
