A Brand new Hard Rock City Hotel, Its a really really calm place to stay, with the beautiful terasse on the rooftop. Lovely Staff there, you feel Like Home! They all did their best for making you feel Like a Rockstar! Beautiful modern Design!! Stay as you are HRH Madrid 🤘
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Staff couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are stunning. As for the bed.......We didn't want to leave it! We were shown around by a very helpful man when we arrived (can't remember his name!) he was very knowledgeable. Madrid is a great place to visit. Go to La Latina if you want typical Spanish its perfect
Hotel is lovely, brand new clean and modern. Location is spot on and its not a far walk to the centre, airport is around 20-30 mins away. But the best part are the staff, amazingly helpful and friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Have to say Alvaro, Alba and Zahra stood out and we were grateful for our anniversary cake! Will happily recommended to anyone I know who wants to visit Madrid and hopefully we will return in the future.
I stayed at the hard rock hotel and everyone was so friendly from the reception staff welcoming me and my broken attempt at spanish :) the dinner I had was amazing and the staff - Ammar was great welcomed me and managed to get me a lovely table outside despite being busy and the steak and chips was fantastic. - highhly recommend
Its always a trouble to write reviews about just how good a place is, since there is always a fear that if everybody knows, then there will be no space left for me next time. But this Hotel is just too good not to give credit where it is truly deserved! Having spent between 1 to 2 weeks a month, every month for the last 6 years in Madrid on business, I have to say this Hotel is the best I have stayed in over that period. Rooms are very well equipped with comfy beds & bedding, great technology, a good and quiet A/C system and a well stocked mini bar (even in these times). Nice touches in the room with the art work also make for an interesting stay. So far as the other facilities go, its all first class again... Excellent restaurant called sessions, having a really great wine list with some good and perhaps rarer Spanish wines and some very well prepared tasty food. The Wagyu steak and the Patas Bravas being a particular highlight. Again, sessions smashes it out of the park for the breakfasts as well. There really is nothing nicer than eating your breakfast on their terrace at the rear of the restaurant in the morning sun. There is always one area of a hotel however that struggles in Spain, and that is parking. Usually in most Spanish hotels the parking is built for small city cars so threading anything bigger than a fiat 500 around the car park can be tricky.... But not here. This place would take an S Class Mercedes size vehicle or any large SUV without any issues and with a low amount of parking ability / prowess in their car park. As is standard in Spain, parking is chargeable, but you can be safe knowing that it is secure, in a well lit car park which is monitored and directly beneath the hotel. When comparing to public car parks in Madrid for s similar duration, the price is competitive. But finally the bit that makes every stay that much more homely is the staff. The staff in this Hotel are some of the best I have encountered in 20 years of an Internationally travelling position. Sarah & Stefano in Sessions ALWAYS make sure to make you feel welcome, well served and informed about the menu. Joaquim on the bar is a mast of all things cocktail related and a true gentleman, and when it comes to check in, Lorena is always greeting with a wide smile and a homely welcome. It is an absolute pleasure these days to travel to Madrid, no matter how busy the weekly schedule is, its nice to always come home to Hard Rock Hotel Madrid. Looking forward to the next triop maybe next week! Paul…
