Nice rooms, clean throughout, general facilities good, fairly standard buffet breakfast, helpful reception staff. Fridge provided but no tea or coffee in room. We thought the bar drinks and snack prices were a bit expensive but there is a pleasant seating area outside and adjacent Tapas Bar. There is a Metro station nearby, only €1.50 into centre or about 20...

We stayed here for a city break. We had a decent size room, which was very clean. The bed was huge and comfy. Air con and a safe included in the price. Also a handy fridge. The only downside was no coffee making facilities. There is a metro station just over the road. Would really recommend the travel pass: we...

I fully recommend this hotel for its good location ( 10 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor), great services ( helpfull and friendly staff) and good accomodation ( recently refurbished rooms and premises, clean and quite area). A 3* hotel with both accomodation and services of a 4*+ hotel.

A simple, basic hotel, perfect for a weekend city break with no frills. Our room was clean and tidy with an enormous bathroom/ wet room. Reception were welcoming and helpful, and the coffee shop in the entrance is a nice touch for a drink on your way out in the morning. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Plaza...

My room on the 7th floor had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and the linen great quality. I had fun trying to work out how to select the version of the shower I wanted! But great to have a choice. Plenty of choice for breakfast and drinks machine was easy to use and worked for a change. Good...

What a hotel ideal for the sites,Palace and the Cathedral about 20 mins walk The Hotel is lovely and clean and the breakfast you are spoilt for choice. The little bar area is good for a drink on your return after a day out and the prices are very reasonable Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break

We stayed for 4 nights and found this hotel within walking distance to Palicio Real and the lovely park there- also near restaurants. Opera stop helped and we soon discovered menu de dia restaurants near to there, walking towards Palace. There was also nearby Rastro Market on Sundays, stallholders at the front were friendliest. Metro is almost beside the hotel....

We booked hotel for 4 nights with Avios (air miles) so cannot comment on value. Small but comfortable and modern room on 6th floor overlooking square. Excellent heating. Shower room good. Lobby on ground floor very bright and airy. Breakfast buffet on lower ground floor excellent with a great range of food. Reception staff very helpful. Perfect location with easy...

Hard to find fault with the hotel maybe tea and coffee making facilities on the room but in the grand scheme of things it was great, really decent breakfast included in the price, big room, fridge and free safe and quiet rooms.

This hotel is alright for basic accommodation and for a low price however few things that were really really disappointing and need to keep in mind: 1. The bed is really really hard. I'm talking the hardest bed I have slept on ever. I think those mattresses have not been changed in over 20 years. 2. The walls are paper...
